    Really needed this. Cannot afford gym membership, quite overweight, with issues breathing, so running isn't in the bag. Only a 30 minute walk or so, so glad to find this. It's brutal, but easier to handle for me, than cardio.

    Just did most of the exercise this morning (a few I couldn't because of flexibility) but it was worth it. I was looking for an exercise without equipment, so I looked you up and it was good. Do you have any more? One handle broke off my resistance band, but I still use it, making due until I can, hopefully, buy a next one. Thanks a bunch.

    I just wanted to say thank you for being so friendly and motivational during the entire workout it really helped me a lot. I'm currently 19 y/o but I am about 300 pounds and rising and never felt motivated to ever really work out. Doing this workout I could barely do any of the workouts and felt like giving up multiple times and even felt like throwing up after the video was over and even typing this I am still feeling pretty eh. It was the constant reminders of why I was doing it in the first place that kept me going. I want to live as on as I can, have a family, live to see my kids have kids, become a teacher and so so much more. Being reminded of that goal in a friendly manner kept me going throughout the whole workout. I realize I have so much to improve on and learn about being healthy and I hope whoever reads this stays motivated and continues to not only improve their health but themselves as a whole. I have a long road ahead of me and so does everyone else, I hope we can all go down this road together

    This is so far my favourite workout of all times! I have done it 3 times since quarantine because i like it so much (i do of course others workouts) I think i will come back soon. Thank you this is amazing

    I can't thank you enough for all the workouts that you post. I started doing these work outs back in March and I've lost 38 lb since. Just over mid way to my goal and I don't think I'd have gotten to where I am now if it wasn't for these videos. Having just finished this video now I can tell you that my legs feel like jelly and I love that feeling because it means I'm one step closer to being fitter and leaner.

    First workout with you guys. Had to pause 3 times for water breaks and cheat on a few of them, but eventually got through it. Great stuff. I had been beating myself up over fitness, but your ecouraging words really help. Every step in the right direction is one more step. My first child is going to be born soon and he's going to have a father that's fit enough to run around with. Thanks so much. I'll be back tomorrow.

    I have tried a few workout from other channel but somehow i keep coming back for this vid. It's hard but we can follow the instructions easily. Most importantly, they have warmup and cool down, which mean i don't hv to find diff videos for it. Thank you guys for this vid!

    I honestly saw better results working out at home than I did when I was going to the gym because I feel like I can better focus on completing the workout uninterrupted because I don't have to wait for machines or equipment, or feel rushed to get through something because someone may want to use the machine or equipment I was using. Also more variations on workouts thanks to the internet so I don't get bored.

    I have to say this was a terrific workout. I am bottom strong but very weak in upper body... I barely made it through the upper body section. YES very sore for two days but I'm really happy...Good Job guys 💗

    I must be really weak😣😂 I only got through 30 minutes and had to cheat on a few... I’m really new to working out though so hopefully I will stay dedicated and improve over the next few months in quarantine... thank you guys for these next level workouts!     these guys really encourage me. Often I'm only satisfied with a workout when I'm completely KO. These guys taught me it's good to put in effort, and how to be satisfied about it! Still, I wouldn't do the workout over a second time 😂but I'm certainly proud of the small goals I've achieved!

    Coach has such a friendly and welcoming energy whilst also pushing one to do their best. Love your style and I can see why you have 1M+ subs - you deserve it! First time seeing Claudia in a video. She, too, seems kind. I was feeling low mood but now I'm in a state of peace.
