    Thank you so much for this video!! For years, various other guided meditations have helped me manage chronic pain from muscle tension and a disregulated nervous system. I don’t know why, but this one is different. The relaxation I experience from this is so deep!’

    I listened in bed. But couldnt stay still. Needed to hug myself and feel my face and shoulders. But it was lovely to listen. And love the intention. Gentle but persistant🥰 it is such a hard ballance to be able to let the kids have fun but be on time.... thank you
