We all live in such a busy world and it's hard to take time away from the screen. Here is a audio meditation for you, listen with headphones when you are in a space you can relax in.
Prepare yourself with props and as many things that will make you feel ready and rested.
Light a candle, listen before bed or just when you feel some self care.
