In the Bella Complex, brute strength and precision technique are showcased in a sequence of 1 clean, 1 shoulder-to-overhead, 1 front squat, and a final shoulder-to-overhead, with max load as the separator. With well over 300 LBS on nearly every competitor's bar, the Bella Complex saw a strong showing from "Fittest Man on Earth" Justin Medeiros and even more impressive statements from Jeffrey Adler and Brazilian Guilherme Malheiros.

If Crossfit had any regard for competitor safety it would 'no lift' this sort of sh*t. Flat out dangerous to be promoting this.

@@jimxvx332 the clean wouldn't have been no-lifted in weightlifting either. at the end, there are some movement standards that have to be fulfilled and if that's the case then it's a rep. its not crossfit's responsibility to avoid ugly technique but he could probably lift more with better technique
