Yes! Did it! Loved it! Loved how you divided the lesson into two sections and we worked one leg to the extent of our limit before changing it to the other side! It was a challenge but I loved it!

Loved this one (as I simply love all your workouts). Never mind the thighs - they are going strong, it was my waist which screamed the loudest! Rightfully though with its extra upholstery from middle age spread!🤣

Love this as I love all your workouts! You are amazing thank you :) I have one question, if I add leg weights to this do you think I'll bulk up my thighs? I am a pear shape and don't want bigger thighs just more toned :)

I really don’t think so…it takes a very specific diet and very heavy weight bearing exercises to really “bulk up.” 👍🏼

As I always say…as long as you are always striving to get your longest legs possible, that’s all that matters! So if you have to bend them slightly, that’s okay. 👍🏼
Hi Desiree! Thank you for that workout, I really enjoyed it. I do have a question. I have purchased two yoga mats and my feet just don’t grip. Granted, I don’t think the quality is very good. Do you have recommendations of where to purchase a mat that would be better quality, especially since I’m using it everyday now?
