Calling all multitaskers! Let’s sculpt and stretch the entire body in one great workout. I’ve got your strengthening exercises covered as well as your flexibility training. This is the perfect morning routine to help wake up your body and start your day right OR do this exercise in the evening to unwind and help quiet the mind. Do this routine once or go back and repeat it for a second time - 8 or 16 minutes...you decide!

Hello to my favorite teacher!! I can't jump due to living with a marble floor. It hurts when I jump. How can I modify HIIT to maximize calorie burn? Thanks in advance. 🌹

If you haven't tried already...try stacking a few yoga mats on top of one another and that should help with the impact when jumping. Also, always make sure you're really bending your knees generously when landing all jumps. A lot of times people THINK they are bending their knees enough, but they really aren't. Also make sure when you bend your knees, you are tracking them in line with your feet. If you want to take the jumping out altogether, that's always an option! You can increase the intensity without jumping by trying to pick up your pace...but make sure you are still moving correctly with good placement. It's very common to start getting "sloppy" when you move faster...so you really have to try to keep the clarity of your movement when going at a faster tempo. Hope this helps! xoxo

Ugh I LOVE THAT u actually answer ❤️ also my main complaint is two,arm and belly fat,so I will be doing this before bed (because I jogg in the morning) I’m at 69kilos I wanna reach 60 at least! Yes! Keep me posted on your progress! I think you have a solid daily routine of my warm up in the morning followed by a jog, and pilates HIIT at night! I do suggest switching up your HIIT workouts because it’s good to keep your body and mind guessing! I’ll list some good ones down below.
