1st Place Overall | Tampa Bay 100 Mile

The inaugural Tampa Bay 100 took runners on a tour of the bay that was unlike any other. I was born and raised in Saint Pete, so when I heard there was a 100 mile endurance tour right in my backyard, I knew I had to show up and represent!
While this was an "endurance tour" and not technically (...and legally...) a "race", results were timed and recorded, and we had more than a few runners show up looking for a podium. Luckily, I came prepared, and had an amazing day where I was able to finish 1st.

I'm subscribed to an embarrassing number of ultra and endurance running YT channels, but yours is so fascinating to me because it's one of the few that shows more "urban" ultra efforts, and also the only one I can think of that shows off Florida ultra-running, which - all respect to those elevation-heavy mountain ultras in Colorado or Europe or whatever - is fuckin crazy impressive. I've vacationed to Florida a couple times and even just going out for a 5-8mile run in that humidity and heat was something else man. Your attitude is infectious and makes me want to push myself more. Keep killin it!
