15 MINUTES SHOULDERS & BACK // DUMBBELL ONLY

Follow along with us in this back and shoulder dumbbell workout. This workout will only take 15 minutes. This is a strength building workout. You will need a set of moderate and light weight dumbbells, we're using 5 and 10lb (for the light) and 10 and 20 lb (for the moderate). Feel free to take longer breaks as needed, or grab a set of lower weighted dumbbells toward the end of the workout if your arms are getting too tired to complete the sets. Workout Breakdown:
- 6 exercises
- 3 sets
- 30 seconds active exercising with 15 seconds rest in between exercises
- 30 seconds break in between sets
Exercises:
1. External Rotations
2. Front to lateral raise
3. Reverse Grip Rows
4. Alternate single to double high pull
5. Alternate single arm rows
6. Y raise

    Love your approach. Going on 66, arthritis in my hips and toes, up at 4:30 for work, not home til 4pm....last thing i want to do, or can do is alot of jumping, crazy dance moves or burpees!! Straight forward, short effective workouts helps me keep motivated to just not crash on the couch😅😅
