Join us in this 12 minute standing ab workout. No laying down or sitting in this workout. The movements in this workout will strengthen your core and your lower body. No equipment is needed and so you can do this anywhere.
Workout Breakdown:
- 4 exercises
- 4 sets
- 30 seconds active exercising with 15 seconds rest in between exercises
- 30 seconds break in between sets
Exercises:
1. Squat + Oblique Crunch
2. Seated Extended Reaches
3. March Reaches
4. Reverse Lunge + Twist
