UPPER BODY // STRENGTH // DUMBBELL workout // 12 minutes

Follow along with us in this upper body dumbbell workout. This workout is 12 minutes. This is a strength building workout, and will definitely have your upper body burning by the end of it. You will need a set of moderate weight dumbbells. Feel free to take longer breaks as needed, or grab a set of lower weighted dumbbells toward the end of the workout if your arms are getting too tired to complete the sets. Workout Breakdown:
- 4 exercises
- 4 sets
- 30 seconds active exercising with 15 seconds rest in between exercises
- 30 seconds break in between sets
