FULL BODY l 20 minute DUMBBELL workout
Follow along with us for this 20 minute full body dumbbell workout. In this workout you will target every major muscle group, and get a total body workout. Hope you enjoy it, and thanks for stopping by!
Workout Breakdown:
- 6 exercises
- 4 sets
- 30 seconds active exercising with 15 seconds rest in between exercises
- 30 seconds break in between sets
Exercises:
1. Squat + Bicep Curl
2. Reverse Lunge Steps + Front Raise
3. Shoulder Press + Tricep Extension
4. RDL + Row
5. Lying Chest Press
6. Weighted Crunches

I just finished this workout, and I enjoyed it so much! 🎉
I am from Colorado. It’s very hard to sweat here there isn’t that much humidity here to sweat today I did this workout for the first time and halfway through the 20 minutes. I was perspiring the 20 minute workout was just the dose. I need it to start my fitness routine. It is simple. It is low impact. The timing throughout. Each interval is very vital for me. Thank you for creating these videos for someone who has an L4 and L5 spine dislocation. It’s very hard to do hard impact workouts. I am so happy you popped in to my feed. I have hit the subscribe button!

Such great workouts ~question-idea…Would it be possible to put out a “edit” of the workout without the music, but with the bells & chime? I know music rights are expensive, and I have my own music I’d love to workout to. Just an idea…thanks
Perfect quick workout ( although those lunges with front raise is a wobble for this old girl!). Add 10 mins to this one ……
