15 MIN FULL BODY // Dumbbell Workout
If you're short on time this workout is perfect to hit all of those major muscle groups. In this workout you'll get a good full body burn all under 15 minutes. You will need a set of moderate and light weight dumbbells, we're using (Sarah) 5 and 10lb. and (DJ) 10 and 20 lb. dumbbells. Feel free to take longer breaks as needed. Workout Breakdown:
- 4 exercises
- 4 sets
- 30 seconds active exercising with 15 seconds rest in between exercises
- 30 seconds break in between sets
Exercises:
1. Alternate Reverse Lunge + Lateral Raise
2. Squat + Curl
3. Full Curl to Half Curl
4. Narrow Row + Wide Row

So I recently found your videos. I have been following you this week and doing multiple videos that you have. I am disabled and I try to do all you’re doing. I do have to do something different when I can’t do what you’re doing. Can you possibly do a video for those of us w disabilities? I am able to walk and stand. But bending and doing exercises that require me to kinda balance on one foot w one behind me is hard. I have had 11 spinal surgeries so balance can be an issue at times. I love the cardio video as I can do all of those. But this video I’m commenting on a coupon are too much for me. Just a thought though to maybe do one for those of us w health issues and back surgeries. Thank you!

Also, I have lost 77lbs since last July/August. And in total I have lost around 167lbs. I gained 150lbs after my first back surgery in 2009. I need to tone up what I have lost. And doing upper body workouts at home and lower body at the gym is what I have been doing. But since discovering you I’m trying to do upper and lower. Thank you for your videos!!
A nice little pump. Switched the squat curls for a heavy front squat to get a little more leg action.
