20 Minute FULL BODY dumbbell workout

Join us for this 20 minute full body dumbbell workout. These movements will target all of your major muscle groups, and you can do this at the gym or at home. All you’ll need is one moderately heavy dumbbell. We’re using 10 and 20 lb dumbbells in this video.
Workout Breakdown:
- 6 exercises
- 4 sets
- 30 seconds active exercising with 15 seconds rest in between exercises
- 30 seconds break in between sets
Exercises:
1. Alternate toe tap
2. Dumbbell Squat + Bicep Curl + Press
3. Split Lunge (L)
4. Split Lunge (R)
5. Single dumbbell over head press
6. Dumbbell Squat + Press + Tricep Extension

    I appreciate these exercises, especially the count down..that helps a lot... I found them on tic tok..I am 230lbs 5'5 embarking on an exercise program..they are my go-to programming. I downloaded some from tic tok and will incorporate them with these..anyway. Many thanks to you DJandSarah. Gmarie
