STRONG SHOULDERS & BICEPS // 15 MIN

Follow along with us in this 15 minutes shoulders and biceps workout. You’ll need a set of light and moderate dumbbells to complete this workout. Choose a weight where it's challenging to finish a set of 10-12 repetitions.
Workout Breakdown:

- 4 sets
- 30 seconds active exercising with 15 seconds rest in between exercises
- 30 seconds break in between sets
