This is a 15-Minute low impact, no jumping workout to get you started. It's gentle on the knees, great for beginners and even those who are living in an apartment. Let's do this!
Exercises
1) Squat and Lunge
2) Reverse Lunge with Knee Tuck
3) Curtsy Lunge With Side Kick
4) Push-up with Heel Taps
5) Lateral Shoot Through
6) Low Impact Burpee
7) In-Out Plank
40 secs Workout - 20 secs Rest
Repeat the entire circuit twice

I've lost 30lb doing Joanna's workouts for about 3.5 months if you are on the fence as to whether 15 to 20-minute workouts will produce results the answer is YES! I followed her tips and suggestions and haven't felt this great in a long time! Thank you, Joanna, for providing these free workouts that I can do from my apartment!

I've been doing Joanna's workouts for years. Doing this new workout and hearing her talking about being at home too - it makes me feel less alone!
1st day of this workout My whole body is drenched in sweat and it's shivering 😂😂 (Weekly update stay motivated) 30 day Ramadan challenge+ Day 8: It's been a week now I can bear the intensity of exercise Day 15: Now i can feel my legs are toned and i feel better
I was actually very surprised at how much I sweated during this and kept my heart rate up!! I live in a small apt so this type of workout is ideal for me these days. Thank you!!
I sweat much more with this workout alone compared to my 30min jump rope workout + ab exercise.💪🏻

I had brain surgery 8 weeks ago. I am starting to get moving and this workout is perfect for me. I use a chair for balance and stability but it's just enough to get me going. It challenges my vestibular system and gets my heart pumping even though I modify a lot of the moves.

Omg... I think you about killed me with this one lmao. Loved it! Saving to playlist. I did have to modify the plank where you kick up because my elbows dont take well to that kind of motion but otherwise was able to do it all no problem. Been needing a new work out for home and this is it.
