This workout seriously tried to kill me. I feel like a conqueror just because I lived through it. Even though I half assed a lot of the workouts. Great work out! I'm still breathing through my mouth!

I am on 3rd week of my weightloss and fitness journey with 8 week challenge. I started from 76 kgs, now at 73.70 kgs. Will be updating my results soon.

What a ride!!, I completed the workout, it's been a long jouywith you Johana, I started following you in 2018, I was very overweight (108kg) and now thanks to all your routines and positivity I feel great (I'm now at 82kg). Thanks for all your hard work.

I have been following you for 6 years now. I was a bachelor then..and now I am mother of a baby girl. You have helped me a lot to loose the post partum weight. I was 52 when I got married and 70 when I have birth. But a year and half down the lane.. following you, I am back to 53. I cannot thank you enough Joanna. Keep making more videos. Day 3. Absolutely killer workout! I am sweating like crazy. Took me about 40 mins to do this whole thing because I had to take little breaks. Burned about 328 calories.
Planks and Pulse never sounded more dreadful than today! Feel awesome having completed Day 3 of the 8 week challenge. Thank you Joanna!

omg I started following you recently and i can see how your physique changed through out the time i just recovered from covid and was trying to go back in shape i know that there's a difference now but im taking my time..
I started this workout on 3rd day of plan (as scheduled) my thighs were already sore from day 1. I gave up after circuit 1 round 1 because of bad cramp. I just did yoga and stretches post that. Day 4 I relaxed. Day 5(today) I finally completed this workout 🎉 It is important to listen to your body (as Joanna says). But also return back to the goal as soon as you have heard enough 😜

Have done this workout twice so far and it is one of my favorites. Joanna, thank you so much for putting so much amazing content for us out there, which really helps SO MUCH in staying active! During Covid-19 lockdown I stayed on my normal weight and got way leaner, because it was easy to show up to your workout videos. Thank you again! :-)
As 60 yrs.old gal, do appreciate all the work out you do and share that keep us going. Despite of aching knees, the squat helps a lot where I love to do on my younger days. Then I can start running again, thanks Joanna.

I did this yesterday and damn, I took so many breaks, stopped many times in between. So far, this has been the most challenging one for me. Especially, the pulses. Anyway, thanks for the 8-week workout plan. I have been following it and I really really love the way you explain and do the exercises along. Thank you :)

I'm in day three of Joanna's 8 week plan and I have to say what a relief it was to see Honey (a fitness instructor!) also struggling to keep up with this intense workout. The reason I started with Joanna is because she keeps me motivated and she sweats buckets like me. She reminds me it's okay for it to be hard and I always feel amazing at the end. Loved the big noisy exhales, I feel strong now! Thank you Joanna!

ive tried so many workouts from popular fitness youtubers and honestly joanna is the only one's who i genuinely enjoyed even though it was exhausting. i've never enjoyed a workout with anyone as much as i did with her and i've done ALOT of other ones

Great workout! Thank you for all videos Joanna. I plan each week workout combining various strength training and cardio following ur videos. I am following it from almost two months. I can feel change in my body, I started losing fat in my body especially from my waist and stomach core area which was most stubborn part in my body when it comes to fat. Thank you. I am a quite-a-bit-older fan and I really enjoy seeing the alternate ways of doing the exercises--I think all the classes are already recorded, but I will say anyway that maybe a second person could do that? If not, I'm modifying, myself. Honey was great ! Thank you for these workouts. Very helpful and I love the diversity of classes. It makes it much more fun not to do the same thing over and over. And I feel GOOD when the workout is over, even at my lesser pace!
