45-Minute Low Impact Strength Endurance Training (Supersets)
Challenge your strength and endurance in this workout! This class is a total body superset training where you will alternate two different exercises targeting the same muscle group with no rest in between. In the first exercise, we’ll be using a pair of dumbbells, followed by your bodyweight in the second exercise. This format adds intensity and forces your muscles to work harder.
Duration: 45 minutes
Workout Sequence: Supersets (45 secs - 15 secs each exercise)
Estimated Calories Burned: 350 - 400 Calories

This is such an amazing workout. I have been using your workout videos for the last 4.5 months; I started out from your very simple beginner's walking workouts in mid April and now I am able to complete this strength training workout with 5kg dumbbells. @@Happybellyeats hey find your maintenance calories just Google what's my maintenance calories and fill in the details you'll get a number. Make sure to track your calories. Prioritise protein. Workout everyday. Make sure to move throughout the day don't sit for more than 40 mins. Get up and move. Drink a lot of water. Cut down on sugar processed food and salty food. Get your vitamin D and b12 levels checked and if you're found deficient make sure to take supplements. Pretty much that's it. And be patient :)

Amazing workout, Joanna. Thank you. It's good to see how much you sweated as well because I've always found it strange to see many other fitness KZreadrs who don't seem to sweat one drop while doing their workout. Perhaps, they have the air condition in full blast or based in dry and cold climate? Anyway, I salute you for also talking through the session because it must be so difficult to do that while trying to breathe through. That's also something unique about your workout videos.

Very happy with these for my home gym. Many others don’t have the adjustment options these do or have the weight capacity either. Saves a lot of space and adjusting the weights is quick. Highly recommended

Have done this about 4X now - it's a great combo and works the whole body very efficiently. Also just tough enough for me to be challenged but still able to complete. Must admit having trouble doing the second sets of plank pushups so working on building up strength. Thanks Joanna!
