Sculpt your arms and shoulders with this workout. It is low impact, suitable for beginners. The good news is, we won't be doing any pushups!! You’ll need a pair of light-weight dumbbells, between 2 - 4kgs each. If you do not have one, be creative, make your own weights by filling up large bottles with stones or water!
Interval: 45 secs work - 15 secs rest
Sequence: Repeat each circuit twice
Duration: 20 minutes
Circuit 1
1) L Squeeze - Shoulder Press
2) Dumbbell Row - Reverse Fly
3) Tricep Kickback - Bicep Curl
4) Weighted Punches
Circuit 2
1) Inchworm Pike Press
2) Superman Plank
3) Dolphin Plank
4) Side Plank Arm Rotation

Day 9 and i've never been more proud of my self for not missing a single sesh in your 8-week program. And I honestly felt good about myself lately. My shorts have been fitting well and honesly, I've shredded some fats!!! I love you, coach!! More videos please. ❤️❤️

I can't go straigh with schedule, so this is my first workout on ramadhan 2021. 💦 finished 5 minute before adzan 😆
Day 9 of 8 week challenge: Done I am so proud of myself that I actually am following thus workout so sincerely. Thanks to Joanna for compiling all these wonderful ass kicking workout. It helps keep my interest as everyday we do something new and target different areas.

I used 5 lbs. today on this 8 week challenge workout. I feel better today than I did on day 1! Joanna, you are a great coach! The tips help me check my form and I like having the warm ups and cool downs with the workouts. Thanks!!

Wow! I am a man. My mother-in-law does this workout regularly!! Her biceps are absolutely solid muscle like Joanna's!! I arm-wrestled my MIL but could not even move her arm even with both my arms together!! 😟
Great workouts sis, I began the 8 week home challenge and managed three in a week and I didnt complete those. I believe I will get stronger in time Thank you sis, love you😘

So i just started this workout..and i just finished it before iftar..means workout while I'm still fasting and it's a low impact workout and i manage to do it..and I'm little late..it's 12 days of Ramadan and I'm hopefully can get back my fitness since i haven't do workout for long time..and thank you for the videos❤
Hey Joanna!! I luv your workouts!! very effective , intense ,always leave me sweating at the end of workout. I do your workout everyday and I can really feel and see the change . You are so great at teaching them it's very less likely to get your body , muscles injured ( bcz I have experienced that before) keep it up . You are great at what you are doing! Love from India!😘

I have severe armpit fat and I feel like I’m loosing weight but my arms are ignoring the process lol

I hated doing arm exercises but wow, now I love them, especially using weights, I feel that I’m getting stronger. Thank you!

Day 9 of your 8 week program Till today I had to take more rest time in between circuits. But today for the very first time I could complete the whole workout along with you i.e.no extra breaks Thank you so much jsoh
This is so great, thank you! I am using 9 pound weights. At first I used 3 pounds, and was doing the punches super fast, but you said it wasn't supposed to be fast, so I upped my weights, and yes, I cannot do them fast anymore :-). My upper arms are quivering after the workout, ha ha!!! Love the way you break down the movements. Thank you again!

Hil! Is this also for men? I did this with my mother-in-law but it was brutal! I used soda cans for weights but could not even last 7 minutes when my arms completely gave up 😟 My MIL used 12 lb dumbbells and did this full lesson powerfully! She has tremendous thick biceps and massive strength in every possible way and dimension! I feel really low and defeated
Before this video I was doing my arm work out with your arms on fire workout...now,this video will help me lot....and I must say adding plank in upper body workout is a great idea....lots of ❤❤ my superwoman

couldn't lift my body for the side plank and had difficulty doing the superman squeeze plank without peeling myself off the floor. But still feeling great for not giving up!

12/30/21: Day 9 of the 8-week challenge I liked the first circuit the best. The pike pushup and the dolphin plank were difficult for me! 01/18/2022 Completed this whole workout :)
Just did it thanks. I’m really a beginner so it was with 500 gr weight and I couldn’t do all exercises but it’s not a problem: I’m glad that I moved and I suppose that it’s a question of time and perseverance. I will try to do the 30 days challenge (my day one was today and I will do the first Monday video at the end). Thanks for all your (professional) work and videos !

Push-up is one of the best upper body workout. It's not easy, as it takes time for us to develop our upper body strength, BUT keep practising it!

This is by far the easiest workout session from the 8 weeks plan
I really liked this workout and I think would prefer a mix of both weights and body weight to work on upper body!

Hey Joanna great workout as always. I need ur advice for reducing my belly fat. I'm 48yrs old, height 167cms and weight 58 Kgs. I'm a hard gainer and have never been above 59kgs except when I was expecting my 2 kids who r 17 and 9 yrs now. For the past few yrs I hv been accumulating fat on my belly while the rest of my body is quite slim. I want to get rid of the belly fat. I've been gymming regularly until the Lockdown began, thereafter I've been exercising at home and doing regular ab workouts, along with some weight training and some yoga, but there has not been any reduction in the flab. I also hv some bloating. I do notice some reduction on days that I don't eat regular dinner and hv a salad instead. I hv learnt quite a lot reading diet, body type and exercise from ur videos. Bit I'm a bit confused about how to go about it. As there is no spot reduction, belly fat can be lost by overall body weight loss, but as I am already on the margin of my ideal weight, I would like ur help to understand how I should practice my diet and my workout. I'll be very grateful for ur advice. 😊
