15-Minute Beginner Boot Camp (No Weights, No Jumping!)

This is a total body beginner workout which can be done at home or in the park. It's a combination cardio, strength and core, which is the best and most effective way to burn fat, lose weight and build lean muscles. I'll be guiding and motivating you through the workout to make sure that you're executing proper form and getting the results you deserve.
For best results, do this workout 3 - 4 times weekly on alternate days. You can even break the workout up, for instance, 1 set in the morning, and another 1 more set in the evening.

5-Minute Cardio / Warm Up
1) Leg Curls
2) Side Shuffle Touchdown
3) Low Square Walk
4) Burpees to Sprint
5) Groiners
4-Minute Lower Body
1) Forward to Back Lunge (Right)
2) Forward to Back Lunge (Left)
3) Squat with Side Kicks
4) Sumo Squat Pulses
3-Minute Core
1) Full Crunch Extension
2) Superman Squeeze
3) Mountain Climber
2-Minute Upper Body
1) Knee Push-ups
2) Plank Up-Down
1-Min Plank
Duration: 15 minutes
Intervals: 40 secs Workout, 20 secs Rest
Sets: Beginner - 1 or 2 sets, Intermediate - 2 or 3 sets
Progression: Increase workout time to 45-50 secs and decrease rest time to 10-15 secs. Lift some weights.

This is great! I was diagnosed with a POP after baby number 4. I'm not overweight at all, but jumping is still not comfortable... Hopefully this will help strengthen my pelvic floor! :) THANKS JOANNA!
I just finished doing this workout in my home and boy was that a good one, it was just what I needed. I haven't exercised for a very long time, so I am trying to get back into shape, taking care of my body and my health. Thank you Jo for sharing your love and passion with us. It was so easy to follow your instructions, and just like you said "do this on your own pace" was very helpful. I'm definitely doing this a couple more times. Beginners don't be afraid, take it slow and rest when you need to. It's better to exercise for a short period than not too for a long period.
I do you’re exercising every morning, every evening, with the Blow flex work out there is a big difference in my body change I went down at least six skirt size love your work out keep them coming.
Please don't get me wrong, but I love how naturally you show your progress even in your body image. No sort of diets, crazy workouts only to achieve dream body for the special moment... Just simple healthy lifestyle:) thanks for inspiration Joanna! Keep going!

Awesome workout. Thank you for explaining how to properly do each exercise. As someone who has to be home most days, it gets difficult to know if your form is correct and a lot of free resources seem to assume you already know. Your videos help me keep a routine but have exercises to be different each routine. I also really appreciate that some of your videos focus on foods as well.

I love ur videos bcuz they motivate me so much. I actually do climbing 2 times a week so I use ur workouts to do stremgth training on days where I don't have time to go running or climbing bcuz it makes me feel so much better just to do some work out everyday (even though I already got the muscles). ^^

Looks like a really grest workout. I don't think I can do some of this stuff at my current size but I'll see how much I can do. I don't have much upper body strength so the pushup or supporting body with arms might be hard. Thanks for the vid. I will def try it! or some of it haha

I'd suggest doing push-ups against the wall first or on a bed or sofa to slowly gain strength before going down on the floor. Hope that helps.
