    its my 4th day, im 13 year old female and very insecure abt my height even tho i know im just average, my height is 148.8cm. ill measure after a week. June 5: Done June 6: Done June 7: Done June 8: Done June 9: Didn't do it June 10: Done June 11: Done, my height now is 149.1cm.     Doing this for 3 weeks. Also, I’ll be doing other unrelated stretches too… NOTE: I’m trying my best to grow but I am very slow😅 Goal: to gain 2 cm Day 1 - ✅ done (it is hard but I felt good after) Day 2 - ✅ done ( not that hard tbh, stay hydrated) I also wanna try doing it 2 times a day though!
