I've only been doing this workout + dieting for a week and I've already lost 1.6 kg. I went from 46.9 kg to 45.3 kg, I'm trying to achieve 44.5 kg. I used to be 44 kg but I gained 3kg within a couple months due eating more takeout from lack of time + stress.

I got this link from tik tok cus this was higly hyped so now i will see wht results i get. I started 5 days ago this will be my tracker. Im at 84 kg now i dont remember how much i weighted when i started but i was little heavier. My goal is 60kg, i know its far away but im willing to do the work. I've also made some changes to my eating habits, i use app called healt infinity to track my eating and moving. Day 1 - not gonna add details to these cus i don't remember Day 2 - Day 3 - Day 4: was busy so forgot Day 5: did the work out twice to make up for yesterday
Please be honest with me... Does this actually work? I auditioned for a Kpop company and passed three auditions, now I have to tone my waist. Please help me out. I have a month left
it does id recommend for fast results doing it multiple times a day though
