    I've only been doing this workout + dieting for a week and I've already lost 1.6 kg. I went from 46.9 kg to 45.3 kg, I'm trying to achieve 44.5 kg. I used to be 44 kg but I gained 3kg within a couple months due eating more takeout from lack of time + stress.

    Im doing this 4 times a week + 4 other workouts! Ill do an update everyday for a week Body type is kinda flat with a small stomach on the lower area Waist size: 26in Day 1: at first i thought it was hard but it was pretty easy! Day 2: Day 3: Day 4: I also am only eating 2 times a day with lots of water

I’ll be actually updating my progress on this work out, i started yesterday <3 I’m also doing the 10 min kpop full body work out ! remember to stay hydrated and eat healthy as well Day 1: ✅ Pretty Easy but exhausting, also i noticed some parts getting slim Day 2: ✅ Woke up a little sore but i got through it ! i still only notice a little bit of slim through out my body Day 3: Day 4: Day 5: Day 6: Day 7:

    I got this link from tik tok cus this was higly hyped so now i will see wht results i get. I started 5 days ago this will be my tracker. Im at 84 kg now i dont remember how much i weighted when i started but i was little heavier. My goal is 60kg, i know its far away but im willing to do the work. I've also made some changes to my eating habits, i use app called healt infinity to track my eating and moving. Day 1 - not gonna add details to these cus i don't remember Day 2 - Day 3 - Day 4: was busy so forgot Day 5: did the work out twice to make up for yesterday

    Doing this for 2 weeks! First day : super easy! , nothing new just the leg circles kill me 😔 Second day : a little more sore, nothing changed only sore in left leg? Third day : So good but still nothing really changed 😭🙏 4th day (today) : did I 2 times nothing really changed a again 😔
