I love the kettlebell swings off course but my favorites of lower body kettlebell are the Romanian DL and the staggered Romanian DL I love ❤️ plus when you end with planks (I can do 8mins now & building up cuz I'm obsessed with planks) & the bridge butt lifts are amazing. All that you do is excellent 👍🏼🌟

I ❤️ the wide squat, KB swings, deadlift to squat, & staggered RDLs (RDLs are my fav lower body exercise hehe)! The alt lunge backs were challenging tho 🥵

By the time that Goblet Squat rolled around, I was shouting "No Roxanne!! I don't wanna do this one!!!!". Hehehehehe. And that's how I KNOW that this was a great session - brief as it was. Thanks once more for all the work you've put into making our fit-from-home journeys a little better. I think about how I used to STRUGGLE through your workouts at the beginning of this year & consider where I am now...and I'm grateful. Did this for the first time today... Made it halfway through and i felt jelly. That single leg touch down was something 😅 i will eventually finish this routine! 💪🏼👏
