10 Min Toned Arms & Abs Kettlebell Workout (Beginner Friendly)

We will be closer to the mat in this session with all exercises on the floor or kneeling down. This quick and to the point 10 Min Toned Arms & Abs Kettlebell Workout can be done at home or in the gym, and uses minimal equipment!
The exercises throughout this session target the triceps, biceps, shoulders, abs and obliques. This workout is suitable for all abilities, however the shorter rest times will make it challenging!
🏋🏼 The weight displayed is for demonstration purposes as a reference, but you should pick the weight that is challenging for you. This workout requires a kettlebell but you can also use dumbbells.
