INFO: Follow along as we work our way through 12 exercises, superset each exercise with a kettlebell swing before we have a break. We are going to work for 30 seconds on each exercise with 15 seconds REST 😊

You cannot spot reduce fat (we can’t choose the areas on our body where we lose fat).
For best weight loss results I recommend;
1. A slight calorie deficit, I say slight, as slow steady weight loss is best for overall health.
2. Increasing your exercise duration and/or intensity so your heart rate is elevated. For example HIIT, cardio, LIIT workouts.
3. Workouts that will develop and strengthen specific muscles for your desired goals. For example Pilates, weight training, body weight exercises.

I row, sliding seat, on the ocean once a week for an hour and a half. This workout was a bit tough for me, shows the importance of mixing it up. And no wasted time. Buying you a coffee! Thank you.

Yes definitely lovely, but if your finding the workout really easy then you might need to up the weight. Making sure you form is correct, then you can go to 6 or 8 kgs 🤩

If you have 30 minutes I would suggest this duration. You can do 2 x 15 min videos, this one and another. However if you only have 15 minutes then do what you can lovely ☺️
This exercise proves if u skip leg day or not🤣 Btw I did this workout before but struggling but now I got to the end!!❕

10Kgs 💪🏼 I could have definitely gone heavier on the lower body exercises though. Use the weight that is right for you ☺️
