1-Minute Meditation: The Pause

In this 1-Minute Mindfulness Meditation practice, you have the opportunity to just drop into this present moment to help you get some distance from thoughts, emotions, or physical tension. It’s a misnomer that we can get rid of thoughts. Mindfulness Meditation helps us step-back from the storylines our minds spins. Doing so will lead to a less habitual reactive mind and train your mind to “put some space” between what triggers you and your actions in the heat of the moment.
