You need to label your videos as why vaccines are awesome and then just do a pipe tobacco video. ScrewTube will glance right over it and u can monetize.
The pipe force blends just seem like the leftover tobaccos from Jensen’s birds series. I liked half of the bird blends, but haven’t been tempted by any of the pf blends.
Looking forward to the follow up! 😊
Enjoy your reviews. I bought 2 tins when Episode II became available and have already bought 2 more as I really like this blend.
Pipe Force looks super interesting. It's a kick seeing you experience new flavors, I imagine, for the first time in a long time.
Bradley, smoking outside changes a lot of the characteristics of a blend, which is why I usually don't do it. My favorite place to smoke was in my car, back when I drove 40,000+ miles per year. But enough of "the good old days." The Perique-ing of different types of leaf might have gotten its start a number of years ago in a conversation Russ Ouelette had with Mark Ryan, the owner of L.A. Poche' Tobacco Company. Russ suggested trying it with Bright Virginia, and Mark said it wouldn't work because of the delicate structure of the leaf, compared to the strain of Burley, which is the base of traditional Perique. So, they decided to lower the pressure and halve the time. The results were amazing, producing a flavor never tasted before. It came out very malty. Russ put out a limited number of tins containing the leaf. You have persuaded me to get a tin of today's blend. Great show today!
Good Evening 😊 Beautiful Pipe 😍 Thanks For The Description and Your Thoughts on The Blend 👏🏼 Have a Fabulous Day and Fantastic Smoking Moments 🌬💨💨 Greetings From South Africa 🇿🇦
I have never played Blackout. But nowadays I’m watching videos about it. I’m happy that you uploaded this. It looks much more fun than Warzone and DMZ 💋🔥
I'm looking forward to the full review. The marketing graphics for Pipe Force turned me off, but it sounds like an interesting blend.
Would love a blackout 2 💞✨
Which pipe is that?
Fantastic book. Deep, coarse, sparse, open - like the west.
The third picture is really good. The way the man is looking directly at you and the girl looking away is good. What caught my eye the most is the man holding his hat and looking like yes I'm bald but my little buddy, daughter? means more😅
Daniel Silva's spy, Gabriel Alon, said, "spying 98% boredom, 2% sheer terror." George Smiley played by both Alec Guinness and Gary Oldman (2 others did but not nearly as successfully). I agree with your "no action" assessment but the characterizations, wow! I love all of Le Carre's books, enjoy!
Tinker Taylor is a fantastic novel
How ya doing, man? #AskStuffandThings
Glad you raised the issue about that video. I read through the comments and was puzzled by these ridiculous comments that attempt to ‘one up’ everyone else. I enjoyed reading the comments to find out which blends to avoid as I’m super sensitive to N and a beginner. I enjoy your videos and appreciate you telling that story (made me feel better about my own bad experience).
I always felt the Domke bags, especially this F2, were a direct rip-off of the _MetroPaks_ made by Tenba. The New York photo-journalist Robert Weinreb owned the Tenba company before selling it. He designed the bags. Although the Tenba brand still exists, they don't make MetroPaks anymore. They also made the excellent ProPak bags, too... IMHO, ProPaks and MetroPaks were some of the best designed bags ever!
I don’t know the history of Tenba bags, but the first Domke came out in 1976, so if that was after the Tenbas existed, I guess it’s possible. Thanks for watching! Edit: Looks like Tenba was founded in 1977, so slightly after the Domke.
I'm glad that you gave the BBC Smiley drama's a watch and enjoyed them. I would also recommend the BBC drama Fall of Eagles ( 1974 ) it is a fantastic drama charting slide into the first world war from the point of view of the great noble houses.
Very interesting! Thanks for the suggestion!
Good Evening 😊 Another Awesome Video Mate👌🏽Thanks For Sharing 👏🏼👏🏼 Appreciate Your Time and God Bless 🙏🏽 Greetings From South Africa 🇿🇦
Thanks so much!
To me,Karla is the Professor Moriarty in Le Carre's novels.😎
There’s even a character who mentions the Reichenbach Falls in Smiley’s People, so I think Le Carré agrees with you!
You are right. That is the perfect watch.
Have to played the "Florida Man" game. Simple, just put "Florida man" into any news stream and see that headlines pop up . . .
Just back from a week in London. Met a couple YTPC presenters at JJ Fox. One of them @G Spitaletti a UK pipe maker posted a vid. If you love BBC and those type books as I do, you need to start planning a trip to London. Looking forward to your Pipe Force review B
Nice! IVe always wanted to go, but Japan will have to come first. ;-)
MGF Bradley, Hope you doing good. Congrats, 10 years is quite something and did you say 13 mil views. That's not to be sniffed at, well done again! So, I think ten years is worth ten mins of typing. So, firstly, I am new to the party, 6 mths only, however, along with GO4x4 and a Outdoor Gear Review, you are among my firm favourites, in fact you are now my number one go to; and due to your prolific output, I have hundreds of vids, still to catch up with, hashtag happy place. So, congrats again. I dropped my first vid in 2008, but in all that time have only amassed 50k views, but "Hey Ho", we keep going at "themcnabinator" channel. So, what can I bring to the comments for you today. Couple of weeks previous, you had the feeling crappy to appreciate feeling better dialogue. I totally agree with your/CP's sentiment. For a long time I suffered from frequent gout attacks, ankles, toes, elbows, knees, like every 2-3 mths. Whenever there was an attack it was two weeks of hobbling about, cursing my bad luck/genes. But, eventually, the throbbing pain would begin to lessen and I knew I'd likely wake up the next morning 90% back to normal, it was such a good feeling, so I totally get the sentiment of what was being discussed. Just as a public service announcement by way of S&T's. I'm sure some of the community also have gout/inflamation issues; I tried all different meds, eventually, someone recommended cherry extract capsules, I suspected they had no hope of anything because firstly 100% natural and also, no doctor had ever even thought of mentioning this to me. I start taking 2500mg daily, capsules, since then (3yrs) only a couple of very mild attacks. So, any of 'our' community out there suffering frequent gout attacks, I 100% stand by the cherry capsules and a basic 7 ingredient joint supplement, turmeric, black pepper, white claw type deal. I like your photos, but the best street photography has to be monochrome. So, the final thing, I have indulged in the hobby for ten years, and I was totally clueless (like you) at the start. Unfortunately, I live in a country, UAE, where the only tobaccos available are every incarnation of CB. However, I do have some nice options from overseas trips, at the moment I am 'obsessed' with a blend (now discontinued) BENTLEY's Oriental Amber, I love it, it has a weird funk about it, but the S-ing is meaty and satisfying and still has a small funkiness about it, like an over-aged steak type thing; but, only have 100 grms left and am unlikely to find more. So, this summer I placed a large order with GQ in London, I'm receiving: Elizabethan, My Mixture 965, SG Full Virginia, Comoy’s Cornish Mixture, Orlick Golden Sliced, De Luxe Navy Rolls, Standard Mixture, Peterson’s Perfect Plug, SG Best Brown Flake and Peterson’s Flake. I wonder if you can guess, which I’m most looking forward to trying. Well, actually the Golden Sliced, I love the sound of a ‘refreshing’ smoke, I am really looking forward to rubbing it out, dropping it into my P and S-ing it in the early evening. That’s what you have done in this instance, you have broadened my understanding of this hobby and for that, I thank you. But I also, appreciate all your other facets as a KZreadr, ecclectic is the way to go, even if the views don't always reflect this, eventually, you'll make that algorithmic breakthrough, i'm sure, everything goes full-circle at some point. I have one suggestion Bradley, I will assume you are slightly more free and easy with your time now, and maybe you could do a tobacco safari, head off to Chicago or NY or Charlestown or wherever, anywhere there is a real good tobacco vibe and do some on reporting/recording from there. A temporary change of scene is always good and it would add a new layer of interest to your channel. Just a thought. Well done, if you even made it this far. Keep going and when I try my first bowl of Elizabethan I will toast your next decade of creating. Godspeed and fair winds, Andy
Thanks for leaving such a thoughtful comment! I am thinking of trying to visit a friend in New York this autumn, so your suggestion just might happen. Cheers!
Oh wow! I lived there for many years. The City of Subdued Excitement!!! 😃 It was the name Stuff & Things that drew me in and your location is exciting too. Love the travelers notebook stuff & things. I will watch all the Stuff. And the Things.
Much appreciated!
Put that in ur pipe n smoke it lol
I liked how the train punctuated when you were saying "No. Weird. People." in Florida😂
Cool! I have a ton of Amazon credits so I just downloaded The Spy Who Came in from the Cold for free (sorta) on my Kindle. Cheers!
Nice! Let me know what you think!
It's funny cause in the guy's comment he repeats himself and way over explained his critique. I guess that's why he likes your content!
WOW!! Florida man watches your channel! Who'da thunk it!
As a lifelong James Bond fan, I love the original Fleming novels, but when I want something a little more realistic and less sensational Le Carre is without peer. I also started with The Spy Who Came in from the Cold, and then went to the beginning with Call for the Dead and A Murder of Quality. They are definitely different in tone but I still enjoyed them. Now I am reading The Looking Glass War and can't wait for Tinker, Tailor next. The film is also one of my favorites. I recently bought The Company by Robert Littell, which I am really excited about. It apparently provides the US/CIA side of the same time period as the Smiley novels. It's long but I may take it on after Tinker, Tailor.
Thanks for the recommendation! I'm definitely going to read the first two Le Carre novels as well.
Lol, that is funny the selfie stick self talking shame, lol. Ahh it is 2024 after all I guess common place. The irony is for all the creators doing that, I never see any on the streets, and Canada has a disproportionately high amount of KZread creators, I see more MSM for that matter, strange…
I never seen anyone either, and with the way people stare at me when I do it, it's obviously not as common as one might think!
No worries about “talking to yourself” with your camera. I shoot video diaries all the time when traveling and I promise no one cares and usually goes about their business. I’ve even had people jump out of the shot apologetically, which is hilarious. If anything, talking into the camera will give you “more solo courage” as you’re out and about.
Yeah, you'd think I'd be more comfortable with it after all this time.
More for WA! Tokeland, Sequim, Neah Bay, Suquamish River/Tribe, Snoqualmie Pass/Falls, Stillaguamish River/Tribe, Kittitas County and Skagit Valley. I've heard all of these places mispronounced in the worst ways! 😆
Especially Sequim!
just went to the shed for a sunday evening pipe and ive been caught out by the old gawaith aquatic. 2 hours on a paper towel and still wet as an otter's pocket.
Haha! Gawith level moisture.
Happy 4th of July Brad! My favorite Day of the Year!
Same to you! Thanks for all of the support over the years!
Sorry to see the PNW is also infested with those bland panel buildings. Ikea buildings. Theyre capitalisms version of those apartment blocks they built in the Eastern Bloc. Truly spiritless architecture.
Pretty bland for sure. Most new, large construction projects here all look the same.
@@stuffandthingsyoutube well the good news is that they won't last long because they're made terribly
I have been watching your videos for a number of years but rarely comment. I enjoy your ideas and opinion. Just a few observations that you can think about or ignore: 1) I am intrigued by your working videos but I don't have the time to sit and watch them all the way through. Is it possible to edit them to be shorter? Maybe post a long version and a shorter one? 2) I like black and white photos. There is something about the simplicity and contrast that appeals to me that the color does not. Color photos get lost in the color. Is it possible to make some of your phots black and white and the compare to see which are more captivating? Keep up the good work.
Thanks for the comment! I'll try to give you an answer on the next SSaT.
i was laughing at the train and the Florida skit. it was perfect. second location out of the sun was awesome. enjoyed the background.
Glad you enjoyed it!
I enjoyed the LeCarre on the BBC when they first came out, I agree they are great!
if you are looking for ladies, that hat will not help you! support Philadelphia Eagles as the are better birds. 🦅 love ya buddy.
Native Philadelphian here: Being an Eagles fan does not attract a lot of women, and you do not want the women it attracts.
@@uraniumrock8381 you should see my NY Rangers women! LOL i am from north Jersey and found myself split between the two cities.
if i buy a hoodie, how much do you make from this? just want to support you and give you the most i can. might just write you a check and send it to you. but to support you more with clothing... it might help in long term. thanks
I wouldn't bother! I'm going to try to revamp the merch soon!
I was curious if that red brick building in minute two was the same building you did the skateboard video in front of? 😂
Yep! Things have been built up quite a bit more there since then.
Saludos cordiales del Perú
Any update as to longevity?
Mine are still going strong, and I wear them all the time!
Congratulations on your ten year Anniversary! I look forward to many great years ahead! Keep up the great work Bradley!
Thanks so much!
