Zeta Axis

Zeta Axis

Hello friends, Zeta-Axis is a channel committed to simplify process of learning by making visual animations through which we can understand difficult concepts. We plan to cover all topic of Civil service exams (UPSC/IAS) using animations. We have started making Geography videos with full animations simplifying understanding of concepts. We will soon cover all topics of geography and environment.

Post geography we have to include visual aids in history and Political science. We believe that learning time can be greatly reduced and topics can be easily remembered we can visualize them. Visualization reduces studying time, maximizes understanding and retention of concept.

So please support us in our endeavor, if you liked the video please subscribe it and share it with others.

Thank you all, your support is greatly valued.

    i didn't understand the Jetstream part which diverge to ground . please help

  • @zetaupsc
    @zetaupsc20 сағат бұрын

    An upper air divergence is created so that air moves out, therefore there is depletion of air in upper atmosphere, to fill this depleting air air from lower atmosphere rises up. Now air from lower atmosphere rises up creating a lp at surface. Here lp at surface is created by dynamic mechanism rather than heating of earth as we see in tropical cyclone

    Does divergence leads to heatwaves because of lp?

    Or convergence zones lead to lp?

  • @zetaupsc
    @zetaupscКүн бұрын

    Divergence at surface level creates hp and divergence at upper atmosphere creates low pressure at surface. The heatwave is caused when surface high pressure region (surface divergence or upper atmosphere convergence) stagnats over a region for prolonged period creating clear atmosphere allowing absorbstion of sun rays for prolonged period increasing temp

  • @zetaupsc
    @zetaupsc6 күн бұрын

    Great you liked it. The rivers in penisnular region flow in east because the slope of peninsular plateau is in west, the western ghats are younger and taller while eastern ghats are older and erroded. in north the aravalli forms a water divide, dividing into ganga river system which flows in east, and indus system which flows in west.

They do include world geography but that is less detailed than indian geography, hence the focsu is on indian geography. Thanks for watching the video.

    Nice content. Thanks for presenting. I just have 1 question - I have noticed some of the hills in Western Ghats, particularly in the Chikmagalur area, have sedimentary rock formations even close to the peak. This must be around 1500 to 1800m above sea level. Any explanation for this? Thanks in advance..

  • @zetaupsc
    @zetaupsc6 күн бұрын

    Thanks for the appreceation. Regarding western ghats in chikmanglur i am not specifically aware of that regions geoglogy, but most mountains are formed due to folding generally by collision of plates. due to this the sedimentary rocks in sea bed or lower regions gets uplifted and metamorphosed. Hence it is very common to find sedimentary rocks on mountain tops. Even mt everest on its peaks have sedimentary rocks and many fossils are found in these rocks.
