Hello friends, Zeta-Axis is a channel committed to simplify process of learning by making visual animations through which we can understand difficult concepts. We plan to cover all topic of Civil service exams (UPSC/IAS) using animations. We have started making Geography videos with full animations simplifying understanding of concepts. We will soon cover all topics of geography and environment.
Post geography we have to include visual aids in history and Political science. We believe that learning time can be greatly reduced and topics can be easily remembered we can visualize them. Visualization reduces studying time, maximizes understanding and retention of concept.
So please support us in our endeavor, if you liked the video please subscribe it and share it with others.
Thank you all, your support is greatly valued.

This is perfect and easy to understand
amazing
Glad you think so!
i didn't understand the Jetstream part which diverge to ground . please help
An upper air divergence is created so that air moves out, therefore there is depletion of air in upper atmosphere, to fill this depleting air air from lower atmosphere rises up. Now air from lower atmosphere rises up creating a lp at surface. Here lp at surface is created by dynamic mechanism rather than heating of earth as we see in tropical cyclone
Nice
Thanks dear
very nice class very useful sir tq
Always welcome
Does divergence leads to heatwaves because of lp?
Or convergence zones lead to lp?
Divergence at surface level creates hp and divergence at upper atmosphere creates low pressure at surface. The heatwave is caused when surface high pressure region (surface divergence or upper atmosphere convergence) stagnats over a region for prolonged period creating clear atmosphere allowing absorbstion of sun rays for prolonged period increasing temp
It would have been great if you had mentioned the time period during whicb these where formed
Time periods for specific upliftment are not specific reason being different regions faced upliftment I'm slight difference in time, to give a specific time for each upliftment whole of Himalayas is neither accurate nor does it gives any conceptual value. The focus here was to explain concept
Gud classes sir :❤❤could you tell me the reference book
Thanks dear, I follow mainly ncert and use other books as well as internet for creating video
The Palghat Gap in India and the Ranotsara Gap in Madagascar are similar geological shear zones that formed around the same time when India and Madagascar split apart due to volcanic activity.
Thanks dear, good to know counterpart of palghar exits in Madagascar
Very informative video. Never seen such a detailed explanation about the orgins of ghats. Loved it
Thanks dear
Best videos in geography, expecting more videos
Thanks dear
Make a video on landforms ,class 11' geography
Will make it but it's on least priority as of now
Thank you for the best explanation sir🎉
You are most welcome
Great educational video
Glad you think so!
Western Ghats to me are most scenic mountain ranges and forests. Personally, I like them even more than the Himalayas..
Yes western ghats are beautiful especially in monsoon, but Himalayas is also beautiful both are beautiful in their own ways
Puducheri😂😂 on the Western Ghats.
@@maarirs12894 mahe is part of puducherry and it is on western coast
Thank You
You're welcome
Wayanadu passage Connecting karnataka and Tamilnadu

Before 2006 in north Punjab getting drizzling rain continue in 12-15 days then break monsoon and after week again 12-15 days drizzling rain....after 2007 it never come 12-15 drizzling rainy days... its been 17 years..... what happened in 2007 ? And drizzled rainy last time in 2006
Climate change dear, it's gonna change things as we know
@@zetaupsc it never come back 12-15 drizzling rain ???
Please make a monsoon rainfall at Punjab state cuz morth Punjab more rain, central Punjab reduce rain and south Punjab reduce more less rain.. Please make a video of Punjab monsoon north central and south
Dear I have no reference book for rainfall specifically in Punjab, if you have any then please mention it I will use it as base
Everything is blander because.your method moves only upper part of land, these land never flot on sea.what about under neath area?? Under the sea each one connected it means a single land.if india moves bit forward what about under water parts???
Dear this is a simulation to help understand the topic and not a 100% accurate simulation following all physical laws. Further if you want to see what happens under sea then they are covered in seperate videos like sea floor spreading theory and plate tectonics were we discuss about plates and there u can see what happens under sea
Mesmerizing 😊
Thanks dear
This is just imagination. But no one knows how continents become
Patel saheb tame su kehva mango cho
Informative video. Nice 👍🏻
Thanks dear
palghat ❌palakkad ✅
The books mention both names
Information is not accurate.
Which info dear
Although i would like to say that the height given in the video is not very realistic compared to the real version
Dear, the length of india is 3200 KM while tallest peak is 8 KM, it is impossible to vissualize on normal scale, every thing has to be vertically exaggerated, The mountains are thus everything is exaggerated in vertical axis to give meaningful visualization
Wonderful and very informative video.. I'm from North East India and i teach geography...this is very very helpful. Thank you
Glad it was helpful!
It's very good thanks sir
Very informative.. but you forgot to add the heights of peaks in kerala..especially anamudi peak, which is the highest peak of western ghat..
i wanted to make this video more of a concept related thing than giving raw data, i agree that peak heights are also useful, that is why in later videos i have included peak heights.
Nice
Thanks dear,
First time I learned a lot more about the Western Ghats. The flow of rivers in the opposite directions in the north and the south are strange and need a better explanation.
Great you liked it. The rivers in penisnular region flow in east because the slope of peninsular plateau is in west, the western ghats are younger and taller while eastern ghats are older and erroded. in north the aravalli forms a water divide, dividing into ganga river system which flows in east, and indus system which flows in west.
Looking back i feel so ignorant not knowing the richness of South in my country. Kudos! 🙏🏼
glad u learned about south india from the video. thanks for watching the video
Your every video is simply like masterpiece of geograhy. Hatts of you ,sir .🎉
Thank you so much 😀 keep watching n sharing
Dont change the pronounciation .👌🙏💛
Thanks dear, keep watching n sharing.
In-depth content very good work 👌👍
It would be greatly appreciated if you could share your opinion on Sri Lanka's relation to the biodiversity of Western Ghats.
Srilanka has great biodiversity and it is a continuation of western ghats hot spot. i will try in future to make a video on that. The channel is mainly based on syllabus of an exam held in india, so the focus mainly remains on indian geography. They do include world geography but that is less detailed than indian geography, hence the focsu is on indian geography. Thanks for watching the video.
One of the South river was missing in your video!!!???
Could you please tell me name of that river sir.
Nice content. Thanks for presenting. I just have 1 question - I have noticed some of the hills in Western Ghats, particularly in the Chikmagalur area, have sedimentary rock formations even close to the peak. This must be around 1500 to 1800m above sea level. Any explanation for this? Thanks in advance..
Thanks for the appreceation. Regarding western ghats in chikmanglur i am not specifically aware of that regions geoglogy, but most mountains are formed due to folding generally by collision of plates. due to this the sedimentary rocks in sea bed or lower regions gets uplifted and metamorphosed. Hence it is very common to find sedimentary rocks on mountain tops. Even mt everest on its peaks have sedimentary rocks and many fossils are found in these rocks.
Sengottai pass connect to not Kottayam district that is Kollam District in Kerala
True sir, completly agree, it was wrongly mentioned in the reference i used
@7:28: Shenkottai gap joins Kottayam district is not right - rather it joins the Kollam district of Kerala
Completely agree, the reference i used had mentioned it wrong.
Sir make a video on world climates types and india natural vegetation topics
i will make video on world climates based on GC leong, but i am not sure what do you want in natural vegetation topic, could you please clarify
@@zetaupsc Sir first of all Thanking you so much for creating videos on geography.. The way you explained Himalayas formation and physical features of India and what not .and those really helped me to understand better I gained a lot of clarity by watching your video, which I struggled with before.. And regarding to your question types of vegetation in India.. Tropical Evergreen and Semi-Evergreen Forests Tropical Deciduous Forests Tropical Thorn Forests Montane Forests Littoral and Swamp Forests And one more topic if possible Distribution of Key Natural Resources across the world (including South Asia and the Indian sub-continent); factors responsible for the location of primary, secondary, and tertiary sector industries in various parts of the world (including India).. I know I’m asking more 🙏
Excellent 🎉🎉 information, treasure for earth, but lot of forest destruction going around
completly agree sir,
Really good explanation of monsoon and what factors responsible for its onset.👍🏼

It's not palghat .... u hindi __ . It's palakkad, try to learn.
In all our books it says palghat, and even exam questions also use palghat.
@zetaupsc that's because u guys don't know to pronounce the exact vocal. Please don't humiliate our mother tongue. 👏
@@adv.ajaiabraham4089 exactly n same is true for many north indian places which are pronounced wrong by non locals like Pune, Anand, Roorkee, Almora, vadodara and many more. Most of us Indians speak English in a way that is much different than British or American English. But we still speak. Point being when non natives are going to name a place they are going to b inaccurate. The inaccuracies does not mean anyone is trying to humiliate other, we speak English in a different accent not for humiliating. English but because of our local language influences.
