I have a 24 year old Thai wife. She has a son and her mom. Her father is dead. I give her 3000 baht each week. I was giving her 4000 each week. I live with her in Satuek Buriram. I want to leave here so bad. I have an 11 year old dog I take care of. So stuck here little longer. Than maybe turtle beach 😅 they are super ungrateful! And she is just mean.

Hey Steve, Always good to hear your PFTB ! Just a few comments. (1) you hate to drive and you say all Thai drivers are assholes. Well, my wife lives in a remote village outside of Rattanaburi (120 km north and east of Burri Ram). When we visit, the family always wants me to drive. I am initially challenged by driving on the left side of the road (we live in the US). But, for the most part, I find Thai drivers efficient and sometimes courteous. (2) Nescafe-I agree with you. So before we visit the village I always buy good coffee in BKK. (3) Noise- in the remote village they have a loud speaker that sometimes plays music, sometimes has announcements. I ask my wife "who decides what is announced?" Her response "Big Boss"

Well, to be fair, I wasn't going to be out of sight of my house. If I'm going to be gone for a while, shopping or whatever, I do shut and lock my doors. But probably more out of habit than necessity. Everybody knows me here, and my neighbors would take note of anybody strange coming or going from my home. And I would take note of any suspicious activity at their houses. And of course, my house is full of trash. Other than my bicycle or my computer there's nothing here to steal.

I've had hernia surgeries. Both inguinal and umbilical. Get it done, it's worth it. Just make sure you have a good surgeon and don't do anything stupid in the recovery phase. When I first came to Thailand in February I hung out with some bar girls. I enjoyed my time with them and understood them pretty well. I thought. I knew it was transactional and I was okay with that. I had fun. I spent some money not much and 2 weeks later I was back in the US. Now, I'm back in Thailand. Almost a month now. I met a girl on Thai friendly while back in the US and been talking to her since I was in Thailand in February. Lol. I'm not going to say she's different because that would be so cliche however, she's not a bar girl but a school teacher. 23 years younger than me. Has a 9-year-old daughter. An ex-husband whom I have met, who's remarried with another child. Is she different, yes. But different than what? She's still female. Just because a woman is from Thailand, or the US, or France, they still are female. And there are certain traits of females mental traits I guess You would say , that is indigenous to them all. They want to be taken care of, and they want to Guy that can take care of them. They want you to be a protector, a provider, a good and understanding listener, and they want you to let them get away with whatever they want to get away with. At 66, I'm looking in my '50s. Oh physically, I still feel 66, but I do look pretty good for my age. I guess. I'm not rich but I have a little bit of money. Not interested in chasing a bunch of girls around. I like the idea of having one and even though we don't live together full-time because she works Monday to Friday, there is that possibility in the future. I've spent some money on her which would rather me just give her the money but I'm not going to do that. Not yet anyway. When we're together I'm in love. I have a great time with it. When apart are more rationale. And then videos like this creep into my head, and I wonder. Arnold Schwarzenegger in his book be useful, talks about not having a plan B. He states that plan b is for losers and losing. To put everything you have into plan A. I like that. So that's what I'm going with. Could I get hurt? Of course. Could I win the jackpot, I have a woman that really cares about me and I care about her in a place like Thailand? Yes. Truth is I'm too old and too jaded to search the hundreds of thousands, if not millions of possibilities that exist in this country and the surrounding countries trying to find a needle in a haystack. And yet I don't want to be like many farangs that I pass on a daily basis, sitting in the bar at 11:00 a.m., getting drunk on cheap beer, with no real prospects in life other than to watch others walk by, being in a slight alcoholic daze.... Yeah that's not me. One day I might visit you in turtle Beach but if I do I will know to bring my own coffee, not invite myself in but just sit outside, enjoy a brief visit and then check out the beach. Or not. I do enjoy your videos though.
