Cool😊
I love yaya omg!!!
I didn't know why my foam stayed runny. I thought it was the brand of eggs or the sugar. But no matter what, the egg yolk is runny and does not sit on top . What am I doing wrong.
Did you use an electric blender or did you whisk manually? Perhaps it was the speed or it wasnt whisked long enough?
I’m a kid I want launch so I’m watching this
I' m starting right a way!!!!!!!!!
yay canto :)
Hai ya! Gawn Dung Wah!
Thanks for this recipe!😍
I love your channel, clear and simple.
Thanks so much!
Agree on the cook time and saltiness. The provided instructions overcook it to my tastes and I find myself buying the unseasoned salmon far more often to season it to my tastes as well to avoid the saltiness, or make unsalted sides. It is super convenient!
Soaked the sago for 2 hours and boiled it for 20 mins. In my case, i barely had sago pearls left because everything was melted.. 😢
Sorry to hear that! Try to boil without soaking next time! I have since updated my cooking process and plan to update this recipe! Stay tuned
Thanks for showing how to extract ginger juice.
Nice dish chef ❤
Thank you 😋
Is it still possible even without fennel seeds, coriander and black cardamom?
Possible, yes. As long as you have fish sauce, the broth would be flavorful, but will be missing the aroma from spices and wouldn’t be authentic
@@rackoflam thank you!!
I love that you have to call yourself out (I know it's overripe) because the internet cant help but try and call people out! Love Your Video!
I thought it was a banana. Bit disappointed as I've never seen plantains for sale where I live
Oh yeah, they make the Banh Mi sandwich, especially juxtaposed with some rich pork and fresh baguette. The daikon and carrot also remind me of the pickled stuff at a Korean place. Very cute Maggie!!!
As a hood nigga all I had was home chilli powder, steak king chophouse blend, cayenne pepper and lemons boiled it all in that together and bam
Hi Maggie, I always look forward to your videos. OMG, your youngest is so cute! Looks so delicious and easy! But my kids are allergic to shrimp. Do you think I can use minced pork or fish instead?
Aw thanks so much! I think minced fish is a great idea!
Why didn't you tell us what the brand name of that flat bottom carbon steel wok is? What is it?
The details to the wok are in the description box. Hope that helps!
Would be a nice addition to dim sum menus
Right!!?
"promo sm" 🌟
Looks super yummy!!!
Thank you!!
Seafood is my favorite. I'll have to try this recipe when I get the chance.
Let me know if you like it!
I have everything to make this EXCEPT shrimp :( Do you suppose it would work with salmon? I do have salmon in the freezer. I should probably keep shrimp in the freezer too.
I have never tried with salmon but worth a shot! Or try another shellfish?
BOMB DIGGITTY BOMB !!!
Looks amazing Maggie
Thank you!
is that egg tofu available at most grocery stores? and can we use other seafood in it?
Yes! They are sold at most Asian supermarkets. You can try with other seafood!
Looking good, your tofu and very tasty. You eat the shrimps with their shells? Astonishing.
They were peeled 😁
Thanks look yummy ❤
Where l live we have clean pork in our supermarkets, so l can leave the boiling stage? Yes l can see the quality of your meat is shocking, you can always see when you cut into it, with a bone and all that black stuff.
i would love to try your food, your cooking always looks beautiful and delicious, well done
dang that was perfect yum yum yum instead of msg its omg
Oink
Does ginger still produce its extract without water or even when it's dry?
When did olive oil become part of Chinese cooking?
Make the seasoning mix and sell it
This is the BOMB, I can eat 3-4 bowls without even trying
谢谢!不过我宁愿要你不要叉烧。😁
Nice video!! I added some roasted jalapenos to one jar and only used radish and carrots in the other. I added a little more vinegar and water to the pickling solution but 1:1:1 is a good starting point!
Jalapenos a great idea!
Hola, voy a probar tú receta, saludos de Lima Perú

Just use white wine, not that "cooking wine" crap.
