Merry Christmas and happy New year. It’s one of the first times that my Lunar B’day is before my Gregorian B’day. My lunar will be 16 Jan. and my Gregorian 5 days later. My mom used to make the corn and pork dumplings with won ton wrap. I just used to dip them in light soy sauce. Of the ones you just presented, I believe I would like to try the hoisin one. Maybe spice it up with siracha. I like siracha when I go to a Vietnamese restaurant. They even have creamy siracha on the Subway sandwich menu. Thanks for the recipes and stay safe for the Holidays.

Great idea. I enjoyed your Air Fryer chinese cooking series... you probably could make these Gyoza dumplings into Air Fryer, seen a couple videos, not too hard... and similar with Spring Rolls.

Yes! These gyoza dumplings can be made in the air fryer as well. Very convenient
