Okay - very simple. Gonna be trying this in a day or two. I can imagine adding some toasted sesame seeds and toasted peanuts and some tofu and rice cakes to give more bite.

I haven't had many peanut sauce dishes in my time... but when I think about it, I remember enjoying them. Didn't know about this dish and sounds intruiging!

I loved these ever since I was a kid. Hearing anyone speak FJ on KZread is jarring 😂 New Arping in Manhattan Chinatown makes a tasty version. There’s so many FJ spots on E Broadway that make it as well. I’d love to see you make your version of the FJ style sweet and sour pork with fried taro.

Is the sesame sauce tahini or something else?

I believe they are close but not interchangeable since tahini uses untoasted sesame seeds. I could be wrong though!

I think the soy sauce in the recipe should be in teaspoons. I tried using tablespoons and the recipe ended up having too much soy sauce 🥲.

Talk of your double chin is unnecessary. You are slim and beautiful. The talk of the chin makes it sound like a compliment grab. And it’s not necessary for a food cooking channel. That looks like teaspoons not tablespoons? You have no double chin in sight so please don’t say that. Recipe looks good but I’m sure tablespoons and teaspoons are amiss.
