Put your bare microphone on the window-sill and let the sun dry it out. It might work again.

For someone who just started watercolours you've learned very quickly! Your paintings show a great eye for composition and contrast. (I love the fact that I sound like a real expert when I'm not!) Thank you for sharing your journey. It's wonderful to learn from other artists, how they use their materials, how they start a painting and how they finish a painting. It might seem to be self explanatory but when you've not had the benefit of art classes it's far from obvious. I believe that the process is different for every artist but finding your own particular process is a matter of time, patience and practice. Thank you again!

Great video! I've been painting watercolor for a few months now and get frustrated with myself. I'm so use to acrylics and perfection and I too got overwhelmed with too much from online tutorials and over thinking it. I want to create simple watercolor paintings.

You’ve inspired me to try watercolor. I’ve been using oil and acrylic. I’m a 70 year old art student. Thank you for sharing your thoughts and ideas. Will be watching and listening and learning to SEE!!!!!

☕️☕️ here to the messy bits!! Love your video and process, thanks for sharing your progress and emphasis on enjoying the process than obsessing over the outcome. ❤thanks Although how did you manage to record video from soo many angles and depths? Did u shoot the video on your own and changes the camera angle and did the tasks on repeat for seamless transition or someone was filming you? Thanks ❤

Your creations are wonderful !! You are very talented !! 👏🤩😍 I practise calligraphy since 4 years now ; I had a little period 2 years earlier but I abandoned quickly. I was without job when I started without ending in august 2019 and I am proud of this choice. Today, I can love much better gothic and victorian worlds by practising Copperplate and Old English calligraphy : art is such a great way to pay tribute to our universes 🙂 I really love watching your videos which gives me the opportunity to disconnect from this tiring world by living slowlier. I am looking forward to see your next video ! 😁 (Sorry if I maid some mistakes, I am French… 😅)

Hello, dear Daria. I rarely leave comments, but this video was especially resonant. It so happened that I, too, have been a loner all my life (I’m 25) and it’s not that this was solely the result of my choice, that’s how the circumstances developed. But it has changed me in such a way that I really value my loved ones, I can see friends a couple of times a year, but I try to make these meetings warm, soulful and strengthen the deep connection between us. So it turns out that when someone else is nearby, I automatically switch my attention to the person and give as much as I can give, the surrounding background blurs out, I stop seeing what is happening around, stop remembering the road and taking a meaningful approach to actions,.. so traveling, going to museums and watching films is much more enjoyable for me alone. When I'm alone, I'm present in the moment and I hear myself. When I'm with someone, I stop hearing, my inner voice is drowned out and I begin to adapt, sometimes to such an extent that only looking back I notice how much I was mimicking. When I'm alone, I don't need to dance with tambourines and come up with topics for conversation, I can just be myself. I'm trying very hard to learn how to communicate naturally with people in order to maintain that honesty of my own self, but so far I still have a long way to go in this field. One person once told me that I am “an introvert in communication, an extrovert in perception,” and indeed, when I am alone, I feel sharper, brighter, more fulfilling. But at the same time, connection with people is a very important component of life, everyone needs support from time to time, everyone needs “their own pack”, even if it consists of a couple of people. Recently I read a popular science, near-psychological book of Alfred Adler, there was the following phrase: “In the modern world, people communicate, but do not feel a community.” This is probably what I am most worried about right now. Living in a city with a population of millions (greetings from St. Petersburg!), I see that everyone is for himself, at the same time, in practice or part-time work somewhere in the north/mountains/taiga, not everyday you can communicate with people, but you really feel this community, belonging. It seems to me that this is what we miss so much when we feel lonely. Paper letters help me cope with the influx of such moods. Handwritten with fountain pens and ink, with a large wax seal and dried herbs. You put warmth into such letters, you send a piece of your heart to the recipient, and even though a lot of time passes before you receive an answer, it’s as if there is a thread of light stretched between you. I will be glad to write you a letter if you also like this kind of thing. Thank you for allowing us to look at the world through your eyes. With wishes of peace, calm and warmth, Darinika

Your paintings are lovely! I fully agree with your perspective on the learner’s mindset. Our modern education system fails in teaching us the right attitude, the beginner’s mind. There is definitely a significant room for progress in this area. Thank you for sharing.

You have a natural talent for painting. It's incredible that you've only been painting for two months. You have a very good artistic eye. I have a degree in painting and I'm not as good as you in painting with watercolors.

I could really relate to you in this video. Yes, why is it so difficult to make a friend whom we can talk to whenever about whatever after becoming an adult? I would like to meet some kindred spirits but every time I try to make a new friend I either get disappointed or hurt. Sometimes I wonder if there's something wrong with me.

I absolutely love when you speak to the camera. It looks spontaneous, if i can say. And i had the same problem with talking to people. Always had a playback in my mind later after i’m done talking to them and suprisingly found the perfect phrasing. So i was always saying to myself : « oh i wish i told them that. That’s absolutely perfect. » 😆 So i totally get it.

Wauw! Thank you so much for making this video☺🌸 I somehow felt I wanted to cry but I also got so much inspiration from you! You are completely right. As a video creator we will always feel doubt and I know the feeling of criticizing myself every single time I make a video. I just really think that we have to keep going because we will always be able to inspire some people and we grow every single day with our work. I always try to hide from people when I film outside because I get uncomfortable when people see me film - for that reason I like to go out either early in the morning or late evening to film 😄 You did such a great job with this video and your other videos as well ☺ Have a fantastic day and Thank you again for the inspiration. 🩷

Life is not the one we see in reels or social media . It's far more than that . I love how you show the raw and natural things without any filter and definitely I love how you talk . I would say you should enjoy the process . You are doing great actually. Life isn't aesthetic but not ugly it's beautiful the way it is . ❤
