This was an awesome workout series. Thanks a ton, Millionaire. Fist bump.
I used heavier dumbbells today and really pushed myself. Another good workout. One day left.
I went four rounds with my opponent. I think I won by decision.
Day 1, I was absolutely gassed. Today, I'm using heavier weights, actually did some push-ups, and have energy at the end of the workout. What a difference. BTW, I thought the sobriety squats were fun.
I love cardio so there was no cursing you out. There is a noticeable improvement from Week 1 and I see it most on the jumping jacks. I remember thinking that these grade-school exercises are tougher than I expected. Today, jumping jacks were no big thing. Way to go, Millionaire.
My push-ups have improved incredibly during these four weeks. I'm actually surprised at how far I've come in a short time. Thanks, Millionaire.
Final week. I like ABAB, but my body wasn't having it today. I started huffing-and-puffing and sweating hard during the first set. I don't know what I'm doing after this week. I'll probably do a week of active recovery and then see how my body's feeling.
I'm enjoying stretching days more and more.
I like that I get both strength and cardio in your workouts. Plus, I don't know how you see me but you seem to always know when and how my form is getting sloppy. Eerie.

Ah, a fellow Chicagoan. I knew I liked something about you. My dad is a retired Chicago firefighter and I grew up in Portage Park on the NW side. Also spent time in Justice, Burr Ridge, Lyons, Westchester, Orland, and Niles. I left Chicago two years ago and now I live in western Michigan.
Workout #18 already? These day flew by. Tough workout today, but I blame all the shoveling from that nation-wide blizzard.
I enjoy cardio. It's not easy but (for me) it's fun. I appreciate how you talk us through the exercises and keep us counting in our head. It makes the time go by much quicker.

Ice storm knocked out our power yesterday (and thus, the Internet) and now I'm behind. A 30 minute stretch is a nice way to get back into it.
