    I enjoy cardio. It's not easy but (for me) it's fun. I appreciate how you talk us through the exercises and keep us counting in our head. It makes the time go by much quicker.

    @@mattgunia942 For me I have to get my workouts in no matter what time it is. If I'm too busy during the day I exercise when I can. Even if it means during the early AM hours. ☺
