    Ice storm knocked out our power yesterday (and thus, the Internet) and now I'm behind. A 30 minute stretch is a nice way to get back into it.

    I made a bet with myself that I would stretch every day for at least 10 minutes, so I've been slowly working through a bunch of stretching videos across fitness channels on KZread. Yours are the first I've gone back to 7-9 times each. You have a fantastic knack of making stretching and workouts feel like they're moving quickly, no matter how long the video is - I've never clock-watched through any of your workouts! Loved this one directly after one of your 60 minute workouts today... I'm toast! 💪👊
