I think this is what ive been looking for found you on like 10k insane workout we're im falling and tripping i hope to be doing that and tring to improve through time but doing these to build to that i am 41 yr old mail never been in shape always tried but never made any progress never gave up hopfully this series will help want to run be strong flexible wish me luck

As a beginner after a long while of not working out I just completed day one. Though I will say I do not feel like the warm up stretches were near enough. Next time I think I will pause to get a proper stretch before continuing and hurting myself as I did today.
I'm excited completed the 30 mins! I found the challenge late so wanted to do it for September. It's the 31st of Aug and I couldn't wait lol

On Day 6 today, but I'm wondering why you mention that we do 60 minutes of work at the end of each workout when it's only 30 minutes. Is there instruction about doing this twice a day somewhere? And thank you!
