  I tried to caramelize sugar with water pero namuo Lang sugar. Most people make the plain sugar caramel. Why do you add water? Para ba Hindi masyado bitter ang lasa ? Thank you for sharing …

  hi, i added water to prevent crystalization. heat over low flame lng make sure your sugar dissolve without letting it simmer. once it starts to simmer and may sugar granules pa - mgstart n nyan ang crystallization. you can swirl the pan.
