Buttery and Flaky MINI CHOCO CROISSANTS
INGREDIENTS:
1 ¾ C Bread Flour
½ C Milk (warm)
½ t Salt
150 g Butter (frozen)
4 T Sugar
2 t Yeast
for Cocoa Paste:
⅓ C Cocoa Powder
2 T Water
for Glaze:
1 Pc Egg yolk (beaten)
For Choco Cream:
1 C Chocolate Chips
1 t Vanilla
300 g Whipping Cream
