3 eggs
100 grams of breadcrumbs.
1 chicken fillet.

Paris (France) Pour que le poulet cuise plus vite et s'aligne sur le temps de cuisson des courgettes, il faut l'attendrir avec un attendrisseur que l 'on trouve sur TEMU ( l'Amazon chinois). L'attendrisseur est un ustensile de cuisine qui fait 24 trous à la fois dans la viande et le poulet à l'aide de fines lames. Tape donc TEMU sur ton moteur de recherches. Il te faudra chercher un bon moment car leur catalogue compte des milliers d'articles.

Lovely background music but why subject viewers to go through every step of the prepping🤔. Having to sit through every chop of each onion and tomato and coating every slice of zucchini and slowly assemble the pieces is painstaking.....ever heard of prepping dear??
