1 Tablespoon Fish Sauce
Tinapa Rice:
1 Tablespoon Oil
2 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
1 Tablespoon Fish Sauce
½ Cup Tinapa Flakes
Java Rice:
1 Tablespoon Annatto Oil
1 Tablespoon Butter
1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
1 Tablespoon Fish Sauce
¼ Teaspoon Black Pepper
½ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
