Looks like everyone has really big noses and that’s what made them bound. I loved them in the 90s and when I was 15 we’d cover Let’s Pretend 😂

I saw them at one of the Ozzfests in Dallas. They were on main stage & had no business being there, not the right market. I felt bad for them, they had embraced their fate though. After making no progress he goes, "I say we and then you say, f'n suck." He got that chant going and kinda calmed the crowd down a bit and they finished their set.

I loved Mental Jewelry when it came out and was equally impressed with Throwing Copper. I still listen to them from time to time. But for some reason, I had no interest in them afterward. I recently listened to Secret Samhadi and liked it. But not enough to keep listening to it.

All bands sounded the same around that time kind of like grunge did back in the late 80s and early 90s all these bands came out of Calabasas and all the rich neighborhoods of CA and where just a bunch of hippie kids that their parents worked all the tech jobs in CA

I was lucky enough to see Type O 13 times. I saw them in CT, NY, Mass, and RI. I saw Carnivore when they had the reunion. When Pete died I mourned. Pete was the only musician I have ever mourned over. I knew a bouncer at Toads place in New Haven in CT. When Type O played there he got me in to meet Pete. I will never forget that. RIP Pete. The loss of his creative genius is a tragedy.

When working a Screaming Trees concert one of their crew whipped out a black jack and started trying to club fans he felt were getting too close to the stage. Fans were trying to stage dive. We grabbed him and pulled him aside and he started swinging it at us. Bad idea. Lanegan was screaming for us to "FUCK OFF!" into the mic, and one of our biggest guys took a few steps forward and Lanegan moved to the other side of the stage. The band was solid but their crew and their lead singer were punks.

I seen him doing a handstand. I'm jealous. I get drugged a lot, all I do is bend over to tie my shoe lace and blood starts shooting out of my face. My face can't handle the blood rushing anymore for some reason. It's gotten better.. I guess
