I saw so many your tube videos, never share or comment, your are the best. Made it so simple and easy to understand , the best thing is small videos and you have missed nothing . Well done Alex !!
Such an impactful series! Short, impactful, full of knowledge and extremely helpful. Not only did you help me pass this certification, you have given me insight on how to rework my resume.
Entire series has been so helpful, thank you!
Thanks, Alex. I passed the ITIL 4 exam with 38 out of 40 score. I have gone through your entire videos, and it helped me a lot. Thank you again for your contribution to the community.
Passed yesterday with a 80%. I started watching your videos Monday and tested Wednesday. Great content that really focuses on the key material
Congratulations on passing the exam! I am happy our videos helped you. All the best, Alex
Hi, Alex! I just want to thank you for this series, as well as the 5 mock-exam videos. I just passed my exam today with a 90%. Although I did read the book, and watched the Jason Dion Introduction to ITIL series on Udemy (along with taking some of his mock exams as well), I don't think I would have been able to get this cert without your incredible material. You made this process actually engaging and fun! From the bottom of my heart, thank you!
Hi Ryan And thank you from the bottom of my heart for your amazing feedback. I am really happy, that our videos helped you pass the exam. And congratulations on your great result. All the best, Alex
Thanks ever so much Alexander. This free training has been invaluable. Ps I like Hiking too
Hi Paul You're most welcome. I am happy you found out content to be helpful. If you are every in Switzerland, let me know. There are amazing places to hike. Cheers, Alex
Thank You! Great effort. I learned a lot. Stay blessed.
You're very welcome. Happy to help. Cheers, Alex
I completed my exam today and i passed with 98%. Honestly if it wasn't for binge watching this series i wouldn't have made it. I did ITIL training 3 weeks back but honestly got out of the course rather confused. Watching this series twice overall and more on practices solidified my knowledge and made me quite confident. Tip: When you hear the bell sound, take notes and repeat till you get that point. A million thanks Alexander.
Hi Abel Wow, congratulations on your great result. I am so glad, that our videos helped you get a better understanding on the matter. Wishing you all the best and thanks a lot for your kind feedback. Cheers, Alex
Wow.. just wow.. you summarized it all up, like it was a piece of cake. I just came back for a refresher not to take the exam because I already did but to solidify my knowledge; many thanks bro. This is massively helpful
Well, I am happy I could help :D and I appreciate your amazing feedback very much. Cheers, Alex

Thank you so much for your kind feedback. It is so interesting to get a little insight into the lives of people watching our videos. And I am especially happy, that our videos helped you in your situation. Keep rocking and all the best, Alex

good content
Glad you like it, thanks! Cheers, Alex
Did a 2 day cram session from a local supplier and was bored to death, really enjoyed your content, going to run it through a second time, go through the book again and do a mock exam before I write. Hoping for the best.
Hi Robbie Thank you so much for your kind feedback. I am happy, that you liked or videos and we keep our fingres crossed for your exam. Let us know how it went. All the best, Alex
Thanks for this. 😊
You're most welcome :) Cheers, Alex
ITIL is the most dry, soul sucking, jargon ridden material I have ever come across. I was phisically unable to stay focused on the material provided to me, so I appreciate you for doing this.
Well, I can relate to that. That's why I decided to create this material. Hopefully, it helped you at least a bit in comprehending the material. All the best, Alex
Please mention the correct answer in the same slide.
Thank you very much for your feedback, but the idea was, that people have a chance to think about the correct answer, therefore I did not want to make the answer visible on first sight. Best Regards, Alex
Scored 100% 2 in the exam days ago just from this revision course and your practice exam video. Thank you.
Wow, perfect score. Congratulations and I am so happy, that our videos helped you. Cheers, Alex
I've enjoyed the sequence of videos so far, but this one needs to be re-done. It is not precise enough and the example used is poorly explained. It is a shame because the Service Value Chain is really the key to ITIL4. @1:06 you state the following.... Incident Management is a practice. It will take different value chain activities throughout the course of incident resolution into account. It always starts with Engage because usually a person calls the service desk or sends a ticket or starts a chat saying "I have an issue here and I need a resolution here because my laptop is not working". So the first thing is Engage and there might be a lot of service and support activities as well. Service agent trying to find out what the issue is, maybe communicating with a second level support, maybe communicating with an external vendor, and maybe they need to buy some new stuff to solve that issue. Lets say the harddrive is broken and they need to buy a new harddrive, so they would go into obtain and build activities and then go back to deliver and support by building in that new harddrive. And then they go back to engage again just to talk to the customer and ask them if everything is fine now. So we could say now that the practices, the processes, the value streams (however we are gunna call them) they are actually a journey through the service value chain. Firstly, in the videos to date, you have not introduced the concept of "practice". You dump that term on us without a definition. Secondly, your example about Incident Management you do not help the listener by saying something like "this practice is made up of a chain of activities such as ContactUser" and optionally "BuyHardware". Thirdly you use "Engage" as an activity, whereas it is actually a classification component of the Service Value Chain. The activity should be something like "ContactUser" (which is part of the Engage component activities). And fourthly and finally, the last sentence is extremely poor. Processes (ITIL3 Term) and Practices might be synonyms, but value streams has a meaning. It is one of the four dimensions of the SVS. It is definitely not a journey through the service value chain. IncidentManagement is the overarching value stream i.e. I include support levels for a price in our contract. The co-creation of value is that the customer gets the support level they need and we get money for the support activities. The Incident Management Process/Practice encompasses all activities that might be required for managing incidents. A "Journey though the service value chain" is the path that a specific incident took e.g. "Turn the printer on and off again. Did it work? Good have a nice day" or "Printer is broken, please fill out form requesting new printer, printer is delivered, remotely installed, does it work, ok, close incident". It would nice if you improved this video, as it is really is key to understanding many concepts in ITIL.
Same same but different. But still same
high quality content my man
Thanks a lot, appreciate it :)
The answer to question 5 sounds more like a random fact than an actual activity.
Hi The answer to this questions is not supposed to be an activity. It is about how the the practice supports a certain value chain activity. So basically it asks, what configuration management can do to support deliving and supporting our services. And this can be done best by providing relevant information about our CIs. Hope this helps clarifying. Cheers, Alex

Hi Alex, Are the videos and lessons list in the course url, different from the playlist in your channel?
Hi Anbazhagan If you mean the official eLearning, then the topics are almost the same but in much more details, with much more exam relevant stuff and more mock exam questions and games. Best Regards, alex
Same but different but still same!
Thank you so much for this series, I passed my exam an hour ago!! 🙌🏽 I've saved them to so I can always come back and reference in future. ITIL is such a great certification. Continual Improvement is always applied! 👌🏽

Great presentation! Content was great but I was even more impressed with your delivery. I was waiting for an "um" or "ah" but if it happened, I didn't catch it. 😆 You really know your material.
Thank you so much for your kind words :) I am happy you liked our videos. And I really tried to minimize the filling words. Cheers, Alex

Hi Eline Awesome! Congratulations and welcome to the community. I am really happy, that you passed your exam and your recommendation is highly appreciated. All the best to you, Alex
I have a similar question in my mock test as Q6. What does the service request management depend on for maximum efficiency? a)compliments and complaints b)self-service tools c)problem management d)incident management apparently the correct answer is C, is this a mistake? I am very confused
Hi Vojta To be honest, those answer options you mentioned confuse me as well. At this point I suspect, that they are actually missing the correct one. I checked the official mock exam set, provided by PeopleCert and found this question an the options are: a) Compliments and complaints b) Self-service tools c) Processes and procedures d) Incident Management And in this case, C is actually correct. All the best, Alex
@@valueinsights Thank you so much for clearing this up, Alex! I have my exam on Monday so this helped me a lot. I have a printed version of this mock test from Axelos and instead of processes and procedures, they mentioned problem management. Thank you!!!!
@@vojtab.8731no problem at all. Maybe you have an older version of the file. I know, that PeopleCert had to revise the mock exam questions a couple of times. All the best, Alex

Hi Mary Congratulations and welcome to the community! I am so happy, that our vides helped you with passing your exam. And thank you very much for your kind feedback. All the best, Alex
so there are 15 service management practices the most important ones which is 7 of them contains 19 questions on the exam? the other 8 practices has only 5 questions on the exam?
Hi Khalid There are 10 examinable Service Management Practices, 4 General Management Practices and 1 Technical Management Practice, so as you said, 15 overall. Out of these, there are the seven most important ones (Continual Improvement, Change Enablement, Incident Mgmt, Problem Mgmt, Service Request Mgmt, Service Desk and Service Level Mgmt). And there will be 19 questions about those. And then you need to be able to recall the purpose of all the 15 practices, thus there will be 24 questions around the practices. Hope this helps. All the best, Alex

Hi Sir can help to send to me where to I need to take an Exam for this I’m reviewing the video and I want to take exam for this.
Hi There Unfortunately, the only place to buy the exam only is peoplecert.org And it usually is more expensive (CHF 620) than buying a complete training package. For example our package is CHF 525 and contains 300 mock exam questions and a free exam retry. valueinsights.ch/itil-4-foundation-e-learning-on-learnify/ Hope this helps. All the best, Alex
Today I completed the exam and got 35/40 🎉 I had less than 24hours to study and only watched your KZread videos + an app for exam questions. If you are a procrastinator like me, dont worry you just need 6-8 hours of focused studying.
Congratulations and welcome to the community! I am happy, that our videos helped you last minute :D Cheers, Alex
How i can book my exam?
Hi Jasvir You can go to peoplecert.org and buy it directly from them, but it is usually more expensive than getting a package from an accredited partner. For example, our basic package is CHF 525 and you get video materials, mock exams and a free retry along with the official exam. Check it out: valueinsights.ch/itil-4-foundation-e-learning-on-learnify/ Hope this helps. Cheers, Alex
