Hi Archana That depends on the area you want to work in. But doing something towards agile ways of working is a good idea, like Scrum. Or you could go towards project management with PRINCE2 for example. Another would be the direction of design thinking. All the best, Alex

@@at7731 I am not sure if Scrum Master would be my first choice if I wanted to go for Incident Manager. Don't get me wrong...it is always good to have knowledge in the agile ways of working and a Scrum Master skill set. Nevertheless, I would rather go for the ITIL Practice Manager certifications.
