Came across this playlist after watching around 6 hours of ITIL 4 foundational material. This is by far the best! Cudos to you! Amazing presentation and absolutely fantastic layout! (The charm for important information is also a great little addition)

Hi Alex, I went on a 2 day course with a, very clever teacher I'm sure, but his way of teaching left me pretty much like a question mark. I came away feeling like I didn't learn anything. At all. On the second day I even listened to your videos going up there, to try and keep up. I had my exam a couple of days ago on PeopleCert, and I PASSED with 78%. All down to you my guy. Thank you very much. On to the next one! :)
