I’ve been following Dr Ellie Philips mouth care and using xylitol. My sensitivity and plaque have gone, and my teeth are super clean. I’ve also been eating kimchi, and drinking kefir and taking oral probiotics.

Finally I found someone who actually grew back his gums. I don't know why this happened with me yet... But I am really gonna start oil pulling and I will be positive about it. Although its minor but I should take care of it early and prevent things... Thank you so much for showing us how our bodies are so intelligent and can heal itself if we really nourish it. Im gonna ditch sugar from my diet now... Its the root cause of every health problems I have... Im too young (early 20s) and I should take care of myself. I learnt it in the hard way. Thank you for being honest and yes you are indeed a hero🎉❤

What does wheatgrass pulling do compared to oil pulling? Or what does wheatgrass do if drinking it? God so many different things people try I wish I could just find something that will work for me. I tried oil pulling for at least 3 months 2 times or maybe it was for 6 months (without changing anything else) and the oil pulling didn't do anything for me.I gave up on the oil pulling and went back on it but wasn't consistant the times I went back on it. I do not want to try oil pulling again or really anything new but I know people have used different things or different things in combination with other things and they have been seeing results. I am skinny and need to put on weight so I definitely won't stop eating meat anytime soon. The things I'm trying for at least the last week or so and will continue to try it is: in the morning: brush with a toothbrush that has silicone prickly type bristles with a toothpaste called Livfresh (while also massaging my gums a bit while brushing), and then gargle with a mouthwash called Periactive. I then won't eat for at least 30 minutes after rinsing with the Periactive mouthwash because it says not to eat anything for 30 minutes after rinsing with the Periactive mouthwash. In the evening I would floss with the dental pick type floss thing, use the gum massage rubber silicone pointy thing, something called the Ultrasonic Tooth Cleaner and or the sharper part of the dental pick floss thing to clean out any food or white stuff at my gum lines or where I see it in between my teeth or wherever at or on my teeth, then I would brush my teeth with the silicone toothbrush I mentioned above (that I can also use and do use to massage a bit my gums while brushing) with the Livefresh toothpaste and then use the Periactive mouthwash. There's way too much extra stuff to do in the evening (for me) to get my brushing my teeth/oral care done efficiently and that's why I only do the stuff I do that I mentioned above to hopefully take care of and get rid of my bad oral health. I can try to add wheatgrass to my oral routine but I would have to see if I can. I know I should eat my fruits and vegetables but to change so many things to try to get my oral health better it would take more time and effort. Otherwise I'm just trying what I can right now. I got a gum repair gel that I'm hoping will help me get my gum restored but I shall see what it can or will do (if it will do anything at all).

Pro tip: Vitamin C I was having a really hard time eating solids because of the gum issues. I started taking a daily dose of Vitamin C( I usually just let the tablet dissolve on my tongue as chewing will corrode the teeth or take a capsule with water) it’ll tighten up the gums and close all the gaps between the teeth. I had a loose molar 🦷 and now it’s back in business almost as good as new. Also try to use a Xylitol mouth rinse before brushing. Just leave it in the mouth for about a minute no need to swish n swoosh it around… and when you brush just focus 90% on brushing the gums like massage em to the point you are building up those gum muscles. Hope this helps. God Bless all life on this planet 👽

Thanks good information and I believe what you are saying for sure ! P.S. Always did too my father warned me back in the early 70's abou the shrinks and their isms and obias and most are crazier than their patients. Avoid them like the plague. Also avoid being a vegan and chemical processed foods. Vegans will crash and burn they are missing out alot of benefits of meat alot end up looking gaunt older than their years and like marathon runners. It is a cult to many and a dangerous one. Get out and get some sunshine and fresh air go hiking not jogging so you can enjoy your surroundings instead of the nuts pounding the pavement in the city with head phones. WTH?? Get a dog get out in nature and get in tune with God who made it all happen and stop with the insane propaganda of Evolution and Big Bang theory so easily debunked. This world is the beastly system and we are all being played by the evil one. Just look around where this worldly BS of evil all around us. and they are in the medical world and our school systems everywhere. The bible warns us so pick your acquaintances wisely and your music and readings. The shit out there are hard on our souls and mind and the meds and foods they are wanting us to eat is also. Stop being worldly and say no to them all :-)

You make some great points and I agree. Pleased to receive a comment from someone who has awareness about this world. Your overall point about a vegan diet is valid in terms of many vegans have very little to no understanding about nutrition, and look terrible and get complications. The main issue is the lack of vitamin B12 in most vegan diets, however if people consumed Spirulina, it has 450% RDI in a teaspoon amongst many other nutritional benefits. Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts, have a great day/night.

As a result, my mouth is super healthy. I will be trying the wheat grass as well. You have earned a new subscriber here. Blessings 🙏🏾

I do agree about the electric toothbrush and a water pick if turned up to high. I stopped for two months and just did the soft toothbrush. I tried it again and realized the difference. Won’t use electric toothbrush again.

i'm so happy to ready that you too have discovered this. I have done a lot of research on the myth of the brains chemical imbalance, as there is zero evidence to show that at all, in any mental illnmess, in fact the counter is true with evidence showing that there is no truth to it. This means we all have far more control on our well being than believing we need medications to mask symptoms. Thanks for taking time to share your positive story
