Bipolar | 99% people don't know this about Chemical Imbalance in the Brain

I have personally in the past noticed that when I ate an unhealthy diet, including caffeine and sugar, my moods even with meds were all over the place.
I have met others who have said the same.
I read various studies and there is a correlation between poor diet and caffeine that affects moods.
The chemical imbalance in the brain has been debunked so many times, there is zero evidence of it, but what what I have discovered was the imbalance in our gut microbiome, can cause a lot of issues with hormones, and most seratonin comes from the gut.
Elliot Wallenstein PHD and was American professor of neuroscience and psychology University of Michigan said "a theory that is wrong is considered preferable to admitting our ignorance". That is that the chemical imbalance theory is wrong and always has been.
Yes I know many will get angry at me writing this, but this is from many studies, including Harvard University. Studies with placebos have been as effective as anti depressants, these are facts.
I'm writing this to help get out of the mindset you are at the mercy of a fictional chemical imbalance in the brain. It keeps you feeling stuck and hopeless about your situation.
It would be well worth taking your diet into serious consideration to help with managing moods.
Do your own research and you'll see what I am saying is true.
