What holds any of us back from experiencing a sense of joy, happiness each and every day? The only thing that holds us back is by the conditions we put on ourselves thinking we need to have a certain things, person, experience to feel positive emotions each and every day.

    Thank you Andrew. Your videos contain very good explanations about meditation, you take a common sense approach that’s refreshing. I would like to do meditation daily but allow things to impede on it. Your videos help me to reconsider this. Best wishes
