Bipolar disorder treatment usually centers around medicine primarily, and it is one treatment method for bipolar yet not everyone wants to use medicines, and some people find treatment with medicines not that effective.
I personally for over 10years was on pharmaceutical medicines as a treatment to my symptoms of bipolar disorder.
I personally didn't get better, I got fat from the medicines, and decided eventually that treating bipolar without medicine was necessary.
I started this approach in 2017, and in 2020 i wrote a book about it.
I have gathered a tremendous amount of information on the mind and approaching bipolar treatment holistically, without medicine.

I just wanted to leave you a short comment in regards to my finally being able to draw a Celtic Knot Border thanks to your tutorial from over a year ago. I have just recently found your KZread content about 2 days ago and was able to draw a fairly decent design for the first time within 1 afternoon. I have wanted to learn, so much, on how to draw Celtic designs for years but was unable to find someone that made it so clear on how to do so, that I could actually follow and understand.
