Welcome, Bienvenidos!
Hello everyone! My name is Ana. I am a mother of seven and a grandmother of five beautiful babies. My family is originally from Zacatecas, Mexico. I was brought to the US when I was very young, and my short time living in Mexico left a big impression on my heart. I love my traditions and everything they stand for. Despite my shortcomings in editing and being on camera, I did not allow them to hinder me from continuing to blog my recipes. Given the current uncertainties in the world, I have decided to start a blog. The purpose of my blog is to share my authentic and delicious Mexican food recipes with my children, grandchildren, and anyone who appreciates good food.
My children and future generations will always have my voice guiding them in the kitchen, even if I'm not there tomorrow.

I love that idea to use ground beef for tamales! I thought that wax paper is not good. How about parchment paper? I think that parchment paper is safe. Just give a thought. ❤
I think I may have gotten something besides a jalapeño. It was very big compared to the jalepenos in the video but a similar dark color. Whatever it was, it made this recipe amazing still! Thank you for sharing this!
Muchas Gracias 🙏🏼 🥳📍🦘
