Really love your videos! Does a lot of the methods work for a T-Max 530sx/dx 2017-2019 model? I appreciate your hard work!
A lot of it should be very similar.
Thank you!
It helps but in on a tight spot im just cutting as i please but thank you!
Just a tip for when it can be applied. Ideally, we use a hose cutter... but we don't all have hose cutters or large enough cutters. One big takeaway from this process is that lubing with water or soapy water can make cutting with a blade much easier.
Wet sanding the epoxy into the aluminium can increase the bond strength a lot.
JFC FFS just cut the freaking hose and finish the job
😂
Nice video.I send you a mail.I hope that you will help me.🙂
You are the best

Is my belt to short?
My gy6 80cc don't have enough speed only noise could it be a longer belt let me know
If you haven't done it already, it may need heavier rollers or sliders to keep RPM where it should be with the big bore kit. Belt size shouldn't change due to big bore. It could be that the belt is worn also, so check the width vs spec.
Simple, sweet, short and straight to the point! how it should be.
I have problem with my bike when i start bike whole water leaks from head will this help?
It sounds more like you have a head gasket or o-ring that isn't sealing.
Mann, you like sound like the Hank hill of mopeds in comparison to his love of propane. It’s almost soothing to learn with you brother!🫠
Got dang, I tell you what.
Bro How to straighten the wheels on balance it because in our state we don't have no gy6 work shops
BRO DOO A VID FOR THE 4T LITTLE BIT PLS ❤
White spring and Malossi variator I'm using 49 mph 80kmph I am goodOnly if I learn how to upgrade in 100cc I mean in proper way I would do it
Is there possibility to make a video from 50cc to 100cc Correctly how to doo upgrade
BRO KEEP TEACHING USSS YOU ARE THE BEST MUCH LOVE FROM ALBANIA 🇦🇱🇦🇱
Can we add watercooling to the 4t engine
There's no reason that it couldn't be done, but I don't know if there are parts for the 139QMB. There is definitely stuff to make liquid cooled GY6 150cc+. Maybe some research into other stock liquid cooled 49cc would allow you to find parts to be adapted.
Bro i have watched all your vid Everyone of them You doo the job with pleasure ❤
Drill the fuel passages so it passes 8 oz per min with the float removed. Otherwise it will starve.
The fuel passages on the import (China?) PWK are too small and won't supply a 150 main jet or larger. You must drill out the passageways or it will starve.
I've got an old PW50 and it idles perfect when cool but once it's warmed up it idles high enough to move the bike. You figure adjusting these screws will take care of that issue?
@@hulldefilade4897 Adjust when warm and it may.
do you have a discord server or something like it where people can discuss and share their scooter knowledge?
I have a forum. 49ccscoot.proboards.com
@@49ccscoot tysm i posted in your forum and its actually my first time posting in a forum, its under "Builds" and called it 2012 Aprilia Scarabeo 50 2T Build "Start To Finish"
alu foil is the winner... it took me 5 minutes to cut, weight and stuff it in, and every kitchen has it
Fuel filter clogged?
Thanks for the guess!
no bro thanx i am good with my ear cooling engine 😂😂😂😂
add one oil cooling pump to my engine and i am cool dude thax for your videos love them

Question when u use to use CHT temp gauge in your older build. What CHT were u seeing when doing high speeds 50-60mph vs water temp. And what are the highest u ever seen CHT AND Water.
Mine runs no thermostat, full flow at all times, and has 2 large radiators so I normally see 100-150F coolant temps. Below 100F will be really cold weather. 150F is gonna be the extreme high on a hot day doing wide open passes. CHT depends some on how effective the cylinder head design is. For example, a 1 piece head shows higher CHT for me than modular heads with more flow around the combustion chamber area. Most of the time I'd say between about 180-250F CHT, but it could go higher. On air cooled stuff it can get much hotter. Depending on the gauge and sender setup, some see over 400F CHT. Most of mine have never ran much above 300F. Again, water cooled aren't getting that high for me though. Water temp and CHT are pretty separate things. They can both reflect engine stress, but coolant temp is a poor indicator there. It should be used primarily to make sure the liquid is cool enough and to look for potential warning signs like unusual high temps that may be telling you there's a head gasket issue.
I got 2fast 94. I’m just running the water temp on the head. I wanted to try a CHT to be more safe while riding. Since the CHT. Reacts faster than water. I’m not to worried bout wide open throttle. It’s cruzing at 55-60mph at a lower throttle range where I might be running lean. Will the CHT help there.
@@peteyparado It is helpful, but since having EGT I really don't pay attention to CHT much. Very slow to respond in comparison and the EGT is a more useful tuning tool.
J'attend votre avis svp . Merci
Definitely check spark in case there's a heat related ignition issue. Also check valve adjustment.
🤣
😂
This vids helped me a lot
Great video as always even though I've watched it more than a few times. You didn't state if you need to put pressure on your piston stop tool like if it was torqued down so there's no deviation with TDC. Oh one thing what size were your spacers in know it will very with each engine.
The piston stop needs to be tightened so it doesn't move. You shouldn't put much pressure at all on it to stop the piston. I don't recall what spacers for the one shown. The stuff that comes with the Summit kit works on lots of things.
The money people waste on getting scooter parts that they think is going to make it go faster and it don’t is mine boggling
Hey . Thanks so much for. I did tires but not on scooters and ive been dealing with them now for gas savings purposes and the fun of riding. I was about to take the tires to a tire shop until y saw your video. Men oh men that was a breeze. I custom built my ride so it took me less than ten minutes to remove the tire. I had the front one which is in almost new condition so i swapped the valve that was leaking and the tire . Cost= $6.00 with new valve and air from the local gas station that it didnt work but i used a compressor that a built from different parts and it work . If it wasnt for that it would have been $3.60. Still I didn’t waste the other amount cause i needed air in my wifes car too. Ok amigo gracias 🙏👍👍
i opened the carborator from top screws and put in carb cleaner directly... i was wrong ??
That's not going to clean much. You need to disassemble the carburetor to really clean it.
What's is pillot jet on carburetor
I want one❤❤❤😂
The last take off was hilarious 🤣🤣 🇳🇴
Amazing❤
hello brant, great report, tested very well. I have the same components in it and the speed display is short. I don't have this with the old Malossi Vario, does the belt slip or why is that like that? Did you install the original belt or the one from Malossi x Belt Kevlar? Kind regards, Nello
I've just been using the Yamaha belt. When you say the speed display is short, do you mean the way it doesn't show speed till it's already moving pretty fast? That's some sort of issue with the speedometers on these. All of them do it to some degree from what I've seen (at least older models). If it were belt slip, RPM would increase and you wouldn't be accelerating. If you mean it's not going as fast, then maybe you have an issue with roller or slider weight, the belt is worn too thin, there could be slip or some other CVT issue. Observing RPM would help. If you want it to go fast, then RPM needs to be around the powerband.
@@49ccscoot First of all, thank you for your quick answer, sorry for my English. In your video at 12:30 min, the speedometer stops briefly at 20 and 40 or slows down and only from 60 onwards does it rise evenly to 100. This is also the case for me when I mount the Malossi Vario MHT Next with 16 g weights. If I put the old Malossi vario on it with the same weights, it doesn't work. I took different measuring points on the road, the scooter runs the same speed with both Varios, I think if I didn't have the misfires on the speedometer, I would be faster in acceleration with the new Vario from Malossi until I reach the different speed at my measuring points on the street. The speed increases evenly, it doesn't increase briefly as if the belt were spinning. I have the 2011 model, so I think it has a new speedometer.
@@NF-ze2fo I don't think it reflects anything happening with the engine and CVT for most of us. Your case is an odd one. You can see videos of people with all sorts of setups and the speedometer is unresponsive at low speed when accelerating hard. The speedometer is electronic, so I assume it is a form of lag.
@@49ccscoot Yes, it could also be that he reacts later, so the vario mht next appears to accelerate a little faster and the speedometer doesn't keep up. The speedometer measures normally at the ABS sensor on the rear tire, it's a strange phenomenon, thanks for your opinion.
Picking up this sane model tomorrow and am glad I checked out your video... definition doing both these easy upgrades
All that energy to “sprint” across, stop, and continue “sprinting” could’ve been used to walk 50 ft down the street to the crosswalk 🤦♂️
@@AnX8765nah I’ve seen what scooters can do to a deer, I’ll take the crosswalk lol. But you are right, average space from start of road line to next road line is 40ft, so 160ft behind him or 120ft in front of him is still more than 50. My mistake 👌
To me, its seems like the insert makes the sound thinner (loses growl), but is still as loud = not great. But I could be wrong, not easy to get a real impression of noiselevels when it comes to recordings like this.... Greetings from a tmax 2018 dx-owner.
It definitely loses the bottom end of the sound. It rumbles more without the insert. It is a little quieter, but not a lot with the insert.
I am just glad you didn't let....it...continue crossing. Idiots like this are a blight on insured individuals and the legal system. What an asshole. That said, nice exhaust note as i know the audio capture doesn't do it justice and it is still pleasing to the ear. My last 4T build (vino 2t body on an Argo AR150-18 base that came with a Yamaha 125cc, vento Phantom GT5 150 suspension and Genuine Kick wheels) I used a FMF pipe off of a CR125 i mated to a stainless header from an Amazon exhaust and not only bike people but just randoms comment on how good it sounds. Of course, we know that built, not bought, is truly how it gets done right....😏
Thanks! Here's a collection of sound clips from the TMAX with the Yoshi : kzread.info/dash/bejne/Z2yBtbafosqXeZc.htmlsi=rNV8UlOINpPwODX-

My motor falls out when full throtle does anyone know the problem
You need to secure all motor mount and shock mount fasteners!
there are people who think crosswalks are dangerous so they choose to cross here. ik not kidding.
These things make me understand why this town put fencing in the median in a lot of areas to prevent crossing. You still see people trying to climb over and under them though. 🤦♂
